Looks like another piece O coal this year ... What happened to Pascha , Putney & King of KOOVS Jambon today ??? The big news re trading and discraceful 8p subsided funding from FLFL ??? Where is it ( those company's seem unable to fight there way out of a pape bag ) 💅🏿... Why on earth are KOOVS wasting time and energy on a 2 part scam funding when that means the market will worry for another 12 months until part 2 arrives ( probably no chance and the share price will collapse to a new all time low ?? Alli now worried at all )

We just had a trading update . So the next official one will be just before Xmas & a more detailed update from October 2018 to end of March 2019 .. That should be with us in late September or early October ( that is KOOVS don't delay it lol ) KOOVS are a very weak company with no real direction & it also is evident that Alli requires a low share price until next may ... Maybe next year we will rise above 100p 💡

Re Funding - Get ready for another term sheet or delays ..
Looks like the £1.5m million pound loan plus 6% interest in payable in a few months & £8.9 million pounds via cln's ouch - where will Lord Alli and space cadets from the KOOVS.CON brigade find that cash ???? We can't even sort out basic funding lol so more bad news expected or will KOOVS RNS that YouTube sent then an award next week ... The company don't care & the bottom line is that I was told this could be an Indian scam / lord lol a few years ago ... It's looking more and more like the FCA will dig up something on KOOVS as the silence & failure to address us again today .. Putneylad would say everything and trading in line ? Where is the targets ( KOOVS are muppets & have continued to drive the share price and company into the ground ) and not look they can't even find the £3.3m for a low ball 8p funding / FLFL as just as poor as us lol .. Discraceful

ITS A NON STARTER RNS / INVISABLE.. LORD ALLI HAS HAD MY PANTS DOWN ..YET AGAIN 🙈.
So we have had over 5 years of Red pants off or down & even now KOOVS come up trumps yet again with a classic & no Friday funding as suggested in the 7th April RNS ..🚩... Absolutely wasted, KOOVS are pure junk , dilution , Mickey Mouse and had our pants down again .. Lord Alli are crew need shooting lol .... He did say nstbe it would take a ew more years for the markets to catch on & hey ho I'm a buyer if or when we see 6p's again ... The longer this takes the lower the entry point for the brave gamblers lol - 5p 😳

KOOVS said by end of week or did they mean next week lol ore month ... KOOVS are LSE great hush 🚩

Pursell aka Harebridge-/putneylad66 on LSE sold in June at 27.5p & bought back in early Feb 2019 in the 6p's & 7p .. Unbelievable luck and now super low average

The first tranche of the funding involves FLFL subscribing for an amount of £3,667,125.04 at 8 pence per new ordinary share of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") (the "First Tranche"). As such, 45,839,063 new Ordinary Shares (the "First Tranche Shares") will be issued to FLFL following receipt of the subscription proceeds by the Company, which is expected by the end of the week. Following the issue of the First Tranche Shares, FLFL will hold 103,715,663 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.8 per cent. of the Company's then enlarged share capital.


COME ON ALLI & Turner don't let us down RE 2 hours to go to put out the RNS re funding as stated in the RNS from 7th may 2019
