If every thing is fine now re funding talks ? Could somebody explain why the funding has been cut from Lord Alli saying Koovs need 22/23m & we are now only trying for 6m ??? Just shows no one wants to back a high risk company with no details given on its funding or business plan. KOOVS have had plenty of time to get a loan of 6m/funding in the last 7 months 🚩

As I said, 9 months without a trading update, even though shareholders were demanding one. She believed in her own hype. How can a listed company not provide any sort of trading update for 9 months, then produce farcical figures? I have called for her resignation.

If the current & hopefully new Investors/ Funds do not push her out (which I think they will), then she needs to do the honourable thing & resign. Not only because of the current funding debacle, but the way she has mismanaged the company with its flawed business model, blaming everybody but herself. Other e commerce companies in India showed good growth during the period, because they adapted better. The main reason for me for her to go is the way she has mislead shareholders & the market. Remember, that she didn't provide a single trading update until 9 months into the financial year, hiding the fact how dismally they were performing. This is not how a listed company should behave- very dishonest- then unleashing shocking figures. SHOCKING WHY NO FUNDING & KOOVS KEEP SAYING IN ADVANCED BOB HOPE TALKS

It is a bit like Dragons Den!! The Dragons will want a sizeable chunk of the company. The Dragons definitely have the upper hand. As I said before, I’m hoping for an active investor to come on board, hopefully replacing CEO Mary Turner who has failed in India with her big talk & no walk. She has failed miserably in India. Koovs needs someone who is energetic, dynamic & has vision- who can provide shareholder value.

You only need to read Koovs RNS in November 2017 & it's clear to see that the company do not tell us the truth ( what happened to that funding ) advanced talks & nothing ever came of it!!!! Please read the RNS November 2017. Go on have a Read.

Harebridge knows this can't reach further highs now ! HES MADE HIS 400% AS HE KEEPS REMINDING US LOL ! he'll be dumping the stock this week with his 400% profit lol leaving mugs holding the baby ! Harebridge HAS MADE 400% ON HIS LIES AND DODGING THE FUNDING QUESTIONS GUYS ! ANYONE ELSE FIND IT STRANGE THAT HE HASNT ANSWERED THESE 11.5 MILLION LOANS ? I CERTAINLY FIND IT WORRYING !

Harebridge lives in dream land as one direction buys at 6.2p £13k worth and he thinks the company warrants a 400% ramp spike ? No funding has been agreed & this is in a bubble as cash will run out . Also India is booming and Koovs have done nothing to boost sales this year.

Cln's are security & millions on loans that Koovs have to pay back next year . Harebridge gives no acknowledgement to the truth of Koovs & the loans / 12 months disappointed on no funding ( talks are not funding )

Since Koovs entered AIM the share price has continued to drop ! From the highs of 2 pound it doesn't take a genius to look at the charts on here ! My concern is all these 11.5 million loans to secure Koovs future mentioned by another poster on ADVFN . Puntneylad66 CAN YOU PROVIDE PROOF THIS IS NOT TRUE ? If so I'd be happy for you to provide this to others on this board ? It's a fair question to ask if this is true isn't it ? As 11.5 million is a lot of money
loaned and if they are looking for more fund raising its MORE DEBT SURELY ? I'm asking a honest question

I have never laughed so much, how thick & stupid can one be to invest in AIM. It should not be allowed.
Look, I know you are hurting with what you could have made, but it is not too late to buy in first thing tomorrow morning. Try & buy more than 10 shares though, if you have the money.

Anyway- I have it on very good authority that tomorrow is going to be a big blue day.

All I can really say is that Blue horseshoe loves Koovs……….. : )

Hi all - obviously a risk, here, but game changer news last week makes this a much better prospect now..and is value too cheap, situation in india could have killed it, but has roda the storm.. There is interest and this will take off imho. Its is a punt but risk reward is very much changed

To clarify, the GBP8.9 million convertible funds (first referenced in the announcement made on 21 July 2017) have been received by the Company and detailed discussions with the third party regarding the further GBP7.5 million (also mentioned in that announcement) remain ongoing. The Company expects to announce the successful conclusion of this round of funding in due course.
