Pannu, a high-profile film star in India who has 17 million followers across social media platforms, is currently shooting her latest film co-produced by global star and film mogul Shah Rukh Khan, in Scotland.

This is the latest in a series of highly successful social media campaigns with celebrities by KOOVS that have to date reached a total social media audience of over 140 million and gained engagement with six million Koovs followers and fans of the stars.

Looks like I was spot on!

As I mentioned last week, up & coming Bollywood star Taapsee Pannu has been signed up by Koovs for the launch of their summer campaign.
She was recently in Rome promoting her new film & doing a photo shoot for Koovs.

I have it on very good authority that the launch of this range of clothing will be within the next few days...….

WOW, that was hard work! Managed to buy 50,000 shares in two 25,000 tranches. The first at 21.578p showing as a sell, the other at 22.2p.
I personally believe a placing at 25p is on its way. I am investing more on these dips because I believe funding concerns have gone & have total belief in Chairman Lord Waheed Alli.

Not looking at all good ? As the cash will run out soon & we have actually been in funding talks for 1 year now. Where is our delayed trading update. KOOVS has disappointed us in the past.no trading updates in 9 months & then a shock profits warning.Why has this funding taken so long ?? India has been booming for over a year in told & Koovs struggle to get any deal done.

e-commerce business Koovs issued a short update to the market on Wednesday morning, announcing today that it will be seeking a renewal of permission for the issue of up to £18.9m of convertible loan notes.

The AIM-traded firm said that, in addition to the £8.9m which was previously received, it remained in "advanced negotiations" to secure a term sheet from an investor committing to invest via the issue of convertible loan notes.

"The company remains confident of delivering this further tranche of convertible loan notes and expects to announce the successful conclusion of this additional funding in due course," the board said in its brief statement.
