You made a good move selling Blueface. I do not think this share was for you- much safer bets out there. Not worth getting stressed/ upset.
It really is not worth getting involved here if you think that this Indian online vertical player is comparable to C&A, BHS & Woolworths. Proper thick!
Now you have sold out, I doubt that you will be on here disrupting the board with made up stories.
At least you provided some great entertainment- have not laughed so much!

Funding must of failed as look at the huge SELLS -- Who would be selling if Koovs were on track ? Make no mistake those sells are probably all Harebridge lol . He is trying trick us by dumping smaller loads X 12 . Wait till the stops trigger at 20p . He only paid 5p lol.

There are alot of historical issues with koovs and its good to look at and understand all the risks, however, when people show up in force on bb's to talk a share down that they wouldn't touch with a barge pole woulds appear to be a good sign. I cant believe that many people actively short AIM stocks at these low levels therefore can only the the Rampers and dooms merchants make for an intersting ride

Looks like a group of traders are getting desperate to get into this share, making up stories because they missed out on an early entry.

If you are not happy, do not invest here- simples!

Funding to be finalised very soon (probably within 2 weeks) where there will be an update on launch of Souq.com & a six month trading update.
I believe the funding will be completed at 40p, so well done to those buying in at these levels!

This is a great worry to myself as I've invested a lot in this classic Aim flop from 200p plus down to near zero share price of 5p & some large investors even sold out at 4p on March 1st . The loans in told are made up of 8.9 m in cln's & a 1.5m loan from Lord Alli Total 10.4m ??.Maybe putneylad/Harebridge will reply or maybe he/she will just talk up the share today . Kind regards from Scott a very worried shareholder.

Can anyone please confirm if Koovs still have a total
Of 10.4 million pounds in loans ? My understanding is that these loans are secured and will need to be paid back in full ? I'm 99.9% sure we still have these loans open & a total of 10.5 million sterling will need to be settled & paid in full next year.Harebridge will probably avoid this now.

Koovs seeking permission to issue up to £18.9m in convertible loan notes

e-commerce business Koovs issued a short update to the market on Wednesday morning, announcing today that it will be seeking a renewal of permission for the issue of up to £18.9m of convertible loan notes.

The AIM-traded firm said that, in addition to the £8.9m which was previously received, it remained in "advanced negotiations" to secure a term sheet from an investor committing to invest via the issue of convertible loan notes.

"The company remains confident of delivering this further tranche of convertible loan notes and expects to announce the successful conclusion of this additional funding in due course," the board said in its brief statement. LOOKS LIKE NOBODY WOULD TOUCH KOOVS WITH A BARGE POLL RE FUNDING & STRANGE TO THINK THAT KOOVS STATED IN ADVANCED TALJS & CONFIDENT RHAT SOMEONE WOULD INVEST. NO UPDATE ON THAT OR CLOSURE RNS .??
