Sales should be 25m ( gross ) less warehouse costs this year & let's not forget India is booming.

So after a year in talks re funding ? In March we were told 50m needed ? Then Lord Alli states on like tv we need 22/23 million this year & now we are told expect news of just 6 million funding before August hopefully? It's obvious they had no investors and now desperately trying get 6m ASAP . HARDMAN&CO reports was the sales ramp paid for by Koovs lol . KOOVS should of got funding last year when the share price was above 50p . Crazy way to run a business and still no trading updates . Maybe a slim chance we still could be the 6m at 35p and that wl only last another 5/6 months .

Unfortunately there is a big seller out there & has been since last November.

I suspect it is one of the institutions who bought in cheaper. They DO NOT have to declare unless a threshold has been reached.

Although HT Media have dumped a lot & state that they won't offload any more, I don't believe a word they say.

It's a shame that they weren't looking more long term.

The management of Koovs messed up & should have looked at longer term investors.

They also messed up with their ridiculous spending & strategy with negative margins (still don't get why).

Although I was super uber confident in the past, am a bit bored with their excuses now. They now need a real active investor on board, or this needs to be taken over by people with credibility like Flipkart or Amazon.

Waheed Alli, Mary Turner & Robert Bready have been a massive disappointment that is being reflected in the share price.

Analysts think that the 6 million pound funding is a done deal. The markets also agree, hence virtually no retrace.
Lord Alli has done extremely well with this deal, limiting dilution for existing shareholders.
As I have said for many months, I believe the first round of funding will be at 25p, with future fundraises at higher figures.
The first round I believe will be announced in a couple of weeks.
Judging from the illiquidity here & how I have struggled to buy shares over the last two trading sessions, I can see another rerate during this period.

Todays Daily Mail

The company, sometimes referred to as ‘India’s answer to ASOS’, more than doubled in value after it welcomed one of the country’s largest media group’s as a new cornerstone investor.
In return, HT Media, which owns the Hindustan Times newspaper among other things, will provide Koovs with almost £17million of advertising and marketing credits which can be used in its publications.
The deal isn’t over the line just yet as it is conditional on a separate £6mln fundraise going ahead, but analysts seem fairly sure that this won’t prove to be a problem.
Giving another little boost to the share price was Koovs’ collaboration with Bollywood film star Taapsee Pannu, who has 17million followers across her various social media accounts. Koovs shares soared by 106 per cent to 23.4p.

A decent buy from this morning showing up at the end 192,570 shares.No wonder it was so difficult to buy all day. It is pretty clear what is going to happen here!
