09/3/2018 13:15 | Effortless cool - Harebridge has said that money is expensive if you take it early so 100% Koovs will never ever get it sorted in one go .. wonder where the share price will be on 3rd April ??. In the immediate term, and pending a first round of new investment into Koovs, the Board will continue to focus on cash preservation. As at 1st March 2018 the Company had cash balances of 3.5m, with future monthly outgoings forecast to be 0.75m per month. The exact timing and amount of fundraises will balance the Board's desire to provide short term working capital and to invest quickly, in scale, to take advantage of the opportunities presented, with the obvious need to limit dilution of existing investors as much as possible. DILUTION DILUTION YET AGAIN HAREBRIDGE | jackson83
09/3/2018 12:45 | harebridge is absolutely clueless. It is patently obvious that funds will not be raised at 25p per share. Not even Hardman believe it. This is what they actually say in their paid-for "research": "Purely for illustrative purposes, if the £50m were raised at 25p per share ..." | effortless cool
09/3/2018 12:15 | irishlass2, I doubt that anyone posting here is short. The bearish comments are simply a reflection of this calamitous business. The director buy is standard practice. She is a newly appointed NED and it is normal for NEDs to take a small shareholding in the company on whose Board they sit. The £13k invested is probably just her first few months' fees. Your post shows extraordinary naivety. It also directly accuses Nina Amin of the criminal offence of insider dealing, which I am sure is not the case. In reality, this director purchase actually means that funding is not done and is not imminent, otherwise she could not buy shares. irishlass2 9 Mar '18 - 11:20 - 1835 of 1835 0 1 0 I would close that short if I were you. A director doesn't buy unless he knows the funding is done. | effortless cool

09/3/2018 09:57 | I certainly don't like what has happened over the last year, all to do with demonetisation & GST.Communications with analysts at Hardman & Co, together with my extensive knowledge of the economics of India, tell me that Koovs is in the right place at the right time- NOW!Money spent on marketing over the last year would have been totally wasted. The e commerce sector in India is now returning to growth. As for the amount spent on Director share dealing- totally irrelevant- it is a clear sign that all is on track! If you have any doubts, write to management, or even the analysts at Hardman & Co | harebridge
09/3/2018 09:39 | I do not think a director buy at the amount bought can paper over what has gone on for the last year. Certainly can't see the share price soaring as Harebridge you suggest. | ckafetz
09/3/2018 09:01 | Funny can sell at 6.6 | mrs robinson
09/3/2018 08:41 | A clear signal has been sent by the management here. Do not worry about Chairman Lord Waheed Alli. I do not think he will buy on the open market. He is looking at taking a chunk of the new shares, I predict at 25p along with other established & new Investors. It will be interesting to see who the new Investors are. Hardman & Co reckon a GBP 50 MILLION investment now could yield a GBP BILLION company in a few years!! | putneylad66
09/3/2018 08:25 | The clearest signal to date from KOOVS (LON:KOOV) that all is on track. Now hurry up with that 25p placing that has been muted about...... | putneylad66
09/3/2018 08:10 | Now I'm not going to ramp this or deramp it, people who thinks this is going down should leave and join another board , Ms Amin is not stupid and for one fact for sure this company not going down, first it's not toy r us or maplin or British home store or even new look , pls | amrishbhim
09/3/2018 08:03 | A director BUY on such an illiquid stock like this will send it soaring.KPMG's Nina Amin (MBE) is no mug!!The Hardman & Co analyst report insinuates on more than one occasion that money will be raised at 25p.The only concern I have is whether the cash will be raised in one go (as the analysts would prefer), or in tranches.Http://www. | harebridge
09/3/2018 07:50 | Of course The director will want to lose £13k at the drop of a hat. Are you invested here? | glenbo1
09/3/2018 07:49 | I'm sorry to say, on its own, a £13,000 punt on a few shares by a director is not going to save a loss making company that needs to raise £50m before it goes bust in 4 months time. It's a cycnical gesture in my view. | forethought
09/3/2018 07:41 | There isn't and there never was in my opinion. It's a bargain price for a director.Let's see if there are any further director announcements. | glenbo1
09/3/2018 07:39 | So, if there was going to be a problem with funding, why would a director of KOOVS buy 200000 shares? Precisely! Why would they send an analyst team out to India to research their company? The clues are all there. | harebridge
09/3/2018 07:27 | Like I said They wouldn't throw away £13k plus they know what's in the pipeline. | glenbo1
09/3/2018 07:24 | Any buy from the top table is a good buy but it is only about 13k | skasher094 |
