Effortless cool - Harebridge has said that money is expensive if you take it early so 100% Koovs will never ever get it sorted in one go .. wonder where the share price will be on 3rd April ??.

In the immediate term, and pending a first round of new investment into Koovs, the Board will continue to focus on cash preservation. As at 1st March 2018 the Company had cash balances of �3.5m, with future monthly outgoings forecast to be �0.75m per month.


The exact timing and amount of fundraises will balance the Board's desire to provide short term working capital and to invest quickly, in scale, to take advantage of the opportunities presented, with the obvious need to limit dilution of existing investors as much as possible.

harebridge is absolutely clueless. It is patently obvious that funds will not be raised at 25p per share.

Not even Hardman believe it. This is what they actually say in their paid-for "research":

"Purely for illustrative purposes, if the £50m were raised at 25p per share ..."

I doubt that anyone posting here is short. The bearish comments are simply a reflection of this calamitous business.

The director buy is standard practice. She is a newly appointed NED and it is normal for NEDs to take a small shareholding in the company on whose Board they sit. The £13k invested is probably just her first few months' fees.

Your post shows extraordinary naivety. It also directly accuses Nina Amin of the criminal offence of insider dealing, which I am sure is not the case. In reality, this director purchase actually means that funding is not done and is not imminent, otherwise she could not buy shares.

I certainly don't like what has happened over the last year, all to do with demonetisation & GST.Communications with analysts at Hardman & Co, together with my extensive knowledge of the economics of India, tell me that Koovs is in the right place at the right time- NOW!Money spent on marketing over the last year would have been totally wasted. The e commerce sector in India is now returning to growth.As for the amount spent on Director share dealing- totally irrelevant- it is a clear sign that all is on track!If you have any doubts, write to management, or even the analysts at Hardman & Co

I do not think a director buy at the amount bought can paper over what has gone on for the last year. Certainly can't see the share price soaring as Harebridge you suggest.

A clear signal has been sent by the management here.

Do not worry about Chairman Lord Waheed Alli. I do not think he will buy on the open market. He is looking at taking a chunk of the new shares, I predict at 25p along with other established & new Investors. It will be interesting to see who the new Investors are.

Hardman & Co reckon a GBP 50 MILLION investment now could yield a GBP BILLION company in a few years!!

I'm sorry to say, on its own, a £13,000 punt on a few shares by a director is not going to save a loss making company that needs to raise £50m before it goes bust in 4 months time. It's a cycnical gesture in my view.

There isn't and there never was in my opinion.It's a bargain price for a director.Let's see if there are any further director announcements.

Precisely! Why would they send an analyst team out to India to research their company?

The clues are all there.

Any buy from the top table is a good buy but it is only about 13k
