This is valuing out towards the placing price of 4p-5p, doubt they will even get that.

They should call YA or Crede now.

Having blown nearly £70 million , would you as a lender be happy to throw in another £50 million, as a banker the answer is NO , but on AIM anything is possible if you find enough dummies to dump the shares on , bucket shops will gladly take 20% return , 5p placing , out for 6p

Trading update

H1 gross sales, as previously announced, were flat at GBP7.9m, and the Company now expects H2 gross sales to be down due to the cash conservation plan highlighted above. Accordingly, FY18 sales are expected to be GBP14.5m (FY17: GBP18.6m). EBITDA is expected to improve to a loss of GBP14.4m (FY17: GBP19.6m), whilst the Company's trading margin has continued to increase to 11% (FY17: +4%).

Lot of the reported sells are in fact buys (toyed with the idea of buying some at 7p a few minutes ago)

Had a look at the koovs website out of curiosity - on the home page testimonials change too quick to read them and a featured product links to a differently styled product when you click through. Yes details, bit sloppy really.

So, effectively just over 4 months of cash left.
And haven't been able to raise anymore for the last however many months it's been.
I keep waiting for some good news but it's just not happening and doesn't look like it will happen. Hmmmmm.
Well, that's my towel thrown in.
Salvaged what I can.
Lost a load but what can you do?

Lots of tables and charts though so it must mean I have to buy some? Read the small print chaps it's the law of unintended consequences of MiFID II .. back to the bad old days of paying someone to give a rosy picture your company!
