Looks like they will inject money as & when needed.The exact timing and amount of fundraises will balance the Board's desire to provide short term working capital and to invest quickly, in scale, to take advantage of the opportunities presented, with the obvious need to limit dilution of existing investors as much as possible.

Speaking as someone who invested a lump sum at 52p I repeat what I've been saying for a while that you have to assume all your money has been lost and no possibility of recovering it. Bit of a kick in the teeth but out of our hands. Definetley a lesson learnt for me. I'll obviously be keeping everything crossed for the 2% chance (my percentage opinion only) I may recover some money but have written it off in my head.

lazygun. I agree with you and I would have sold my small holding this morning except for the fact that the chariman owns 20 odd percent. I think he will want to rescue something from that. Definitely not one for widows and orphans but on balance I would rather hold now (marginly!)

Not looking good.

Sales down, £3.5 mill cash, £0.75 mill per month! Cash burn, mkt cap nearly 4 times its cash position, and now they want to try and raise £50 million? After £70 million already invested?

I think this has a very high chance of going under

Valuation: Conventional valuation metrics are unhelpful. We take our forecast EBITDA for Dec-22, apply a Boohoo /ASOS multiple and discount the value back to today. Even at a 25% discount, the EV comes out at £357m including the funds to be raised. The current price is a poor indicator of the inherent value.

Billion Pound company!Investment summary: Before the new capital is raised, Koovs is a short-dated call option on the financing happening. Once the money is raised, it is an exciting way to play the last big world market to move online. The prize, if it gets it right, is a billion-pound company and more. It is likely to be a bumpy, exciting ride but investors have the reassurance of a highly experienced management team in charge.

Lol, you'd think they would have announced some sort of fundraise by now. With the market cap at about GBP 15 million, they're better off selling the company now.
