Will all depend on the news this month how leaky is this ? if it continues to drift on large sells there's a good chance the news is pretty much as expected a tad dull if large buys start to turn up take note its the men in dark glasses stocking up before the surge in share price

CoD must be a problem with the big notes gone. Don't see anything on Koovs.com concerning this. What's the situation with other E-retailers?

Can see chaos in India being a beneficial factor as it will force more to move to digital banking.

I have had 2 goes at buying in here,to a fairly small position. Last got out at 52p. I wonder if the chaos in India caused by the withdrawal of the bank notes 3 weeks ago is a factor?

Since Jan 16 I believe 3 funding rounds have raised £43.6 million
Shares in issue has risen from 27 million to 175,383,691
As a comparable Boo has 1.123 billion shares in issue, so we have raised money off a comparitively small shareholder base. Our current shares in issue represent just 15% of Boo. So scope in my view to raise lots more money as long as revenue continues to climb? Of course dilution is not ideal but hopefully a slightly smaller slice of a better pie.

OK just found that we now own Koovs India, so a bit more secure on that front.

"As part of the Capital Raising, the Company has also taken the opportunity to acquire further shares in Koovs India, its Indian subsidiary, from Infotel E-Commerce Private Limited ("Infotel"), a company controlled by Anant Nahata. Accordingly, the Company has today entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Infotel's entire 38.6 per. cent. holding in Koovs India for a total cash consideration of GBP9.0 million, thereby regularising the Group structure with Koovs India becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The share purchase agreement is conditional upon, amongst other things, Admission. Completion is expected to take place shortly after Admission on 3 May 2016."

but we still depend so much on "Marble" who are they?

Can someone explain how Koovs works in terms of it's relationship with Koovs.com and "Marble"

I note the domain name Koovs.com belongs to "KOOVS Marketing Consulting Private Limited". This is based on information stored in the publicly available WHOIS database.

But in the Preliminary results issed the 29 July 2016 it states:-
"We monitor the Group's performance in a number of ways including assessing the performance of KOOVS.COM, which, although it is operated by Marble E-retail Private Limited ("Marble"), an independently owned and managed company, reflects the performance of the products and marketing managed by the Group. "

"Marble" appears to be the ones who will gain the most from AIM listed Koovs. Does ASOS outsource all it's operations in the same way?

Maybe a lot of this structure is in place due to regulations in India concerning foreign investment.

I agree the cash burn has been extremely high- but that is to be expected when establishing a brand.Does anybody think you can establish a fashion brand without spending any money? These are early days here & the potential is huge, hence my large investment here. I believe in the management with Lord Alli having done the business with ASOS & his various media interests.Look at what Mary Turner did with Alertme.com with regards to 'Hive'. British Gas swallowed them up & now many people have 'Hive' installed.Entrepreneurs run this company who have plenty of skin in the game.Peel Hunt who have been extremely accurate with forecasts & analysis with regards to Boohoo, have a £1 target here that's a 100% increase.I'm looking forward to Peel Hunts analysis in a few weeks.

This should be a wake-up call for investors and, in particular, KOOVS management.

Social media expansion is all well and good, but the bottom line is that they are losing money and burning too much of it

The market is telling them that that model is unsustainable. Let's hope they take heed... :0)

The actual spread is 49.00 49.89So you can now buy for less than the placing price. The mid price should actually be showing as 49.5p

Yep, I'm a bit confused, the last trading update gives koovs.com sales with an asterix beside it. asterix states "* Gross sales order value placed through the KOOVS.COM website including taxes. This does not represent the revenue of the Group. "

Do we get a breakdown of the revenue for the Group anywhere? How does this differ from Koovs.com? I think I read somewhere that group revenue is the wholesale value of the goods taken by koov.com from the Group, but are we told that wholesale value anywhere? and if not, why not?

Is that revenue to koovs or the gross sales value (I think they are different?)

Remember that they hit £5 million in the first 4 months. I'm going for £8 million for the first half & £12 million for 2nd half giving £20 million for this financial year.Looking to double revenues every year.

£16 mill for the year is still tiny but it would be a step in the right direction and would maintain the momentum needed. Thanks Harebridge

Monnow- good question for the CFO of Koovs! Judging by what other e commerce fashion plays like Limeroad & Myntra are doing- it's all about Spend, Spend, Spend to gain market share- which is ok if you've got decent revenues, unlike Koovs which is still at an early stage. Last years revenues were just £10 million, although I predict they could hit £8 million for the first 6 months this year.Apparently the shares option was oversubscribed, so it's quite strange that those that missed out at 50p don't want to pay 51p. Most of those that bought in thought that they could make a quick couple of quid flipping them.At least there could be another few million in circulation to increase liquidity. This really needs to test 50p before there is any rise.

Harebridge,
Any view on weather the fund raising will be used to ramp up further spending on advertising,or perhaps keep marketing spend at current rates, which then would beg the question will losses continue to rise or will we see a narrowing of losses going forward, as sales increase?
