Today announced that a Director has sold 408,000 shares at 13p. Hardly a vote of confidence. I'd say anyone buying KSI will be KISsing their money goodbye. It would be a good one to short if it were possible.

There is little doubt that emission reduction is a sector with a great future but I doubt whether KSI will be a significant part of it. That they announce a contract valued at $10,000 indicates what an insignificant company it is. If you want to invest in this sector, and you would be right to do so, forget KSI and look at Clean Diesel Technology (CDT), ek has a significant position in CDT and has recent posting indicated that he would be very happy to increase this by 100,000 shares if anyone wants to have a short sale matched! CDT is very well placed, and well funded, to take a significant share of the London LEZ business and has shown that it is a leading player by its recent licence agreement to Robert Bosch. KSI is so poorly funded that the Chairman has had to sell part of his own holding in order to lend the cash to KSI just to keep it going for a little longer. It is just within the realms of possibility that KSI will struggle through with some business from the London LEZ but not one I would like to back against stronger rivals, particularly CDT, with better technologies and better funding. The US KleenAir Systems, out of which KSI was born, has been an abject failure in the US market place.

Interesting article in the evening standard last night re the emmission zone inside he M25. Surely KSI will benefit from this. i have just topped up but the shares were easy to find at below the offer price quoted

I am back. I hear that a new broker has been appointed- if my information is right- It is Daniel STEWART. So expect an announcement by Feb 2007 with a fund raising above the current price. More to follow as and when info becomes available.

I still reckon that the price will be in the 50+ by the end of March 07.

Please do your own research before investing. The usual rubbish- Shares can go up ans well as down.

There are new environmental legislations coming into force all the time specifically targetting on-road vehicles. I do not know if this company is on the ball, but if they are, they can't fail to make money - OK maybe I'm a little optimistic with end qtr1, but the price will rocket over the coming six months or so. If it doesn't, then obviously who ever is running this company really doesn't understand their market. However, if you look at the website, their product range has changed and they now seem able to offer something for almost everybody. How good the products are, I don't know and you cant always rely on what the manufacturer states, but it's definately a major step in the right direction. The comment ref difficult getting shares, was not first hand, but I was told by a couple of friends that they were unable to buy them.

Stick with it, If you have shares already. And if you don't then try and buy some (although this seams impossible at the moment based on comments from friends of mine). I think this price is going to rocket (80+) by end qtr1 2007
