If you like technical analysis, the combined values of RSI, Stochastic and Volume are as low as they have ever been, all at the same time - equals oversold. So unless you have a very solid fundamental case for the drop in price, it looks to me like a bad time to sell a long term prospect holding, unless you really need the cash.

Market Cap is 47% Net Cash at 300p given year end 2022 cash level. Current Net Cash more likely to be 55-60% of Market Cap.

Enterprise Value approaching a measly $150mn for 11,000-12,000 Boepd per day when recent deals for similar barrels at 4x this level.

KIST is falling on low volume but A NO BRAINER BUY AT THESE LEVELS. Andrew Austin purchased mega share in 2022 when share price above today's derisory levels....

Nonsense post / assessment - expect Andrew Austin to provide a turbo boost to share price at any moment...

Prior instance of such low price in 2022 resulted in a forceful Director Buy!!!

Expect some juicy news - it is due... shorters beware.... THIS IS KIST!!!

Not so - cash percentage was not equivalent to market cap - far from it!!! Also another example of how insanely undervalued the RRE was vis-a-vis the buy-out deal!!!

45% Net cash at 211p given 31 Dec 22 Cash levels...

Likely net cash at 55-60% on 7 Mar 23... INSANE

Warren Buffet on Stock Buybacks from his just released Berkshire investment letter ->

"A very minor gain in per-share intrinsic value took place in 2022 through Berkshire share repurchases as well as similar moves at Apple and American Express, both significant investees of ours. At Berkshire, we directly increased your interest in our unique collection of businesses by repurchasing 1.2% of the company’s outstanding shares. At Apple and Amex, repurchases increased Berkshire’s ownership a bit without any cost to us.

Gains from value-accretive repurchases, it should be emphasized, benefit all owners – in every respect. Imagine, if you will, three fully-informed shareholders of a local auto dealership, one of whom manages the business. Imagine, further, that one of the passive owners wishes to sell his interest back to the company at a price attractive to the two continuing shareholders. When completed, has this transaction harmed anyone? Is the manager somehow favored over the continuing passive owners? Has the public been hurt? When you are told that all repurchases are harmful to shareholders or to the country, or particularly beneficial to CEOs, you are listening to either an economic illiterate or a silver-tongued demagogue (characters that are not mutually exclusive)."

AA Time to get the stock back on track - Positive news, Share Buybaks, Another massive Director Purchase etc
