14/2/2007 22:20 | HI Anyone around. I'm a holder. Leading player in aspects of cladding and insulating products, way ahead of rivals. Young Irish CO. with very strong growth in UK and EUROPE. Also divisions around the world. Kgp is the building products supplier for a green future. | jat57
02/2/2007 09:57 | HOT PEPI I'm sorry if you didn't like my comments, they were meant to be positive about KGP. One of the reasons for my strategy is that I am growing my fund for a very specific short term (12 months) reason so I don't have the luxury of the long term to iron out any sudden unexpected sharp drops. As a result I invest for the very short term. Good luck with KGP, hope they do another 72% for you this year and next. As far as tips go . . . DYOR | simongn
30/1/2007 13:19 | imo kingspan is a great company but overvalued on a P/E level. Current P/E of around 25 and next year is already on 18. There could be a huge drop if things go wrong. A comparable company is Anglo Irish Bank. Rate of growth is slightly larger but the P/E is just over half that of Kingspans. | liarspoker
30/1/2007 13:17 | Wow Simon you must be doing very well on your short term investments to be making than the 72%p.a that KGP made last year on stock price. Some tips please. | hot pepi
19/1/2007 17:50 | I've been keeping a casual eye on Kingspan, it occured to me that demand for insulation type products is set to increase remorselessly due to new building regulations, green issues and global warming becomming more newsworthy, etc. I don't go in for long term investments but if I did I think Kingspan might be top of my list. | simongn
19/1/2007 12:41 | Surprised nobody ever writes on this board, it has been a great stock and is is in the Investor Chronicle tips of the year. | roughjustice

14/12/2006 23:59 | ..you mean the 19 euro barrier! | djderry
11/12/2006 09:24 | Through the 18 euro barrier. Does anybody know why the big jump on friday. Goodbody's is constantly re-rating this share. The last re-rating was 17 euro which seems a little safe for me. You never know with shares but with this company I cant see this share price falling, at least not for another 3 years. | x00002037
19/10/2006 16:45 | vern been watching this one, just started useing there joist on schools we are working on best thing since pot beams much lighter and insulation fits nicely in the web, i cant see this share failing, | vfleetsons@aol.com

10/9/2006 09:52 | Us shareholders don't like to tell people about it. Just let the company do the performance and the money keeps rolling in. | roughjustice
06/9/2006 22:33 | It is proposed that an interim dividend of 6.00 cent per share will be paid on 6th October 2006 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 15th September 2006. | mr mole
06/9/2006 22:28 | Anyone know when the ex-dividend date is for the next Interim dividend ? Thanx. | simongn
06/9/2006 08:00 | Yesterday mornings kingspans conclusion from Irish stockbroker Goodbodys..... Kingspan has reported H1 results that are strong in absolute terms and a hefty 17% ahead of our eps forecast. Earnings rose 31.6% to 40.4c. Encouragingly, the outperformance is not linked to one-off finance or tax kickers, but instead stem from a widening of group EBIT margins from 11.5% to 13%. That relates to better efficiencies in Kingspan factories, solid growth in markets such as Ireland and Central Europe, and continued growth in penetration rates for Kingspan's product range. Net debt was EUR150m in June, in line with expectations and reflecting a combination of solid cashflows and a continued capex clip in excess of depreciation costs, a sign of the group's future expansion plans. H1 alone justifies an 8% lift in FY eps but any suggestions from the group conference call (8am) that H1 margins could extend into H2 and 2007 would justify additional upgrades. Our recently revised Price Target of EUR16 looks in distinct danger of being upgraded further imminently. | x00002037
05/9/2006 22:48 | 17 March issue of Building magazine included a very positive interview with the 34 year CEO. One quote was 'It is quite achievable for us to double the business on a rolling five-year basis.' Based on current performance and levels of regulations with respect to insulation this looks readily achievable. | mr mole
05/9/2006 22:36 | This co. is benefitting big time from new building regulations.Back in Ireland, where the co. is based, they are rated a buy by many of the leading brokers. They are one of the best performers on the iseq(irish stock exchange). | d.j. derry
05/9/2006 14:55 | Am I right in saying Kingspan have a facility on Deeside (NW). Have noticed over a period (yrs) truckloads of roofing pannels etc being transported east and west via A55 and thought "hey that co seems to be doing OK". But never took it any further.....Dohhh! | andylaws3
05/9/2006 11:43 | Cannot believe nobody talks about this company. It just goes from strength to strength. | x00002037
05/9/2006 11:14 | Terrific results from this great company again. Look at that Chart! Ps. prices are in Euro's not pennies. | blueflame |
