Kibo is still materially undervalued despite recent rises, the extent of which will become all too apparent once we start to see numbers from the two CPR's on Rukwa coal and Imweru gold.

I am convinced that the share price will be multiples higher by year end, the current market cap is still under £8m despite Kibo's two key projects having price tags, most likely, in the £100m bracket.

CYBER - read the open letter from LC on the kino website. No more dilutive funding for shareholders. That means those holding the 260m shares when the deal drops will be handsomely rewarded.

This announcement bodes very well for Kibo Mining, it should further assist them in securing improved joint venture terms for their Rukwa coal to power project as the potential JV partner can see, without question, the confidence shown by this leading banking corporation about Tanzania.

Cyber- the jv partner will be a major company ( eg EWP of korea) that will provide funding and build the power station. Kibo is very likely to get a major cash injection as part of the deal.

I think we will see another RNS either today or tomorrow once DFS has been digested by the Board. I think we could see 5p easy this week.
