01/12/2014 22:32 | Lse post Today 22:26 Price: 2.65HawaiifiveO 152 postsSignificant Coal Mining ProfitsI wish to draw attention to material information that was released to the market both today and in the Kibo Mining RNS released on 9th October. What is clear from these recent announcements is that the coal mining side of the coal to power project will be hugely profitable for Kibo. What we know is that Kibo Mining has stated that 1.5m tonnes of thermal coal is needed annually. What we know is that direct mining cost ranges only USD1.60/t - USD1.90/t The price of thermal coal is USD $70 per tonne Even allowing a discount rate of 25% on the thermal coal, it is clear this operation will throw of significant levels of free cash (see below) This is further emphasized by this statement 'Short indicative capital payback period' In a nutshell this wording equates to we will make a great deal of cash. I estimate that Kibo could profit $15m to $20m per annum from this operation, we need to see the final CPR but clearly it is no understatement when they suggest profits will be 'significantly ahead of the Company's earlier expectations' The shares are chronically undervalued, put frankly the current market price is an anomaly. Buying at these levels carries nil risk based on short, medium and a long term time line. I always recommend readers do their own research before making investment decisions. | tidy 2

01/12/2014 20:15 | It was part of a reverse takeover when another company reversed into KIBO and with it can their Rukwa asset which they paid £21m for. Of course this was all 3 or 4 years ago with MCAPs were all multiples of where they are now, which is why the could afford the size of the Rukwa asset, this is what makes the current MCAP even more mental. 01/12/2014 20:00 | We are also extremely pleased to confirm that the findings of the report, notably in respect of the anticipated deliverable margin per tonne, and overall estimated profitability of the coal mining element of the RCPP, are significantly ahead of the Company's earlier expectations. As a result we can confidently say that the robustness and attractiveness of the coal mining element and the wider RCPP have been ratified and further enhanced with the findings of this report. We are currently examining the report in detail and preparing an update for shareholders that will include an operational project summary and key financial data. We are looking to expedite this review and anticipate releasing this update very shortly.Alongside the Definitive Mining Feasibility Study, the Company is also undertaking a Power Pre-Feasibility Study for the RCPP mine mouth power station. This report is progressing very well and is also expected to be received shortly and on schedule. We will provide investors with a separate update when we have received this study. We can also confirm that the Company's Preliminary Economic Assessment with respect to the Imweru gold project, is also progressing very well and will be delivered on schedule. Again, we will provide investors with an update when we have received this study.Louis Coetzee, CEO of Kibo Mining plc said "We are delighted to receive this, the first of three crucial reports which will tangibly demonstrate to the market the value of the Company's assets. We have held firm to our belief that the RCPP is a unique and highly valuable asset. As promised, we are entering a period of intensive market announcements and expect to be releasing several further updates in the coming weeks." | tidy 2

01/12/2014 18:38 | Expecting this to go on a run daily as any one of the news could come at any time in the next few weeks.I'm expecting kibo to at least touch 10p or even more before Xmas, as a lot of news is now expected and the anticipation and demand for shares will be much greater and if one of the news is jv then I'm afraid those of us not in will have missed an opportunity of a lifetime.Excellent time to be in here and very much delighted to have topped up few times today, had the market been a little favourable today I'm sure kibo would have done 100%. | ![]() shafaq
01/12/2014 18:24 | Lse post JDwag 2,262 postsAs I said yesterday:Anyone who wants to see just how manically undervalued KIBO are take a quick look at Condor Gold (CNR). More specifically take a look at their La India PFS released on 14 November. This is for the Imweru comparison only (Rukwa, Pinewood, Haneti and the rest of the Victoria Gold Fields to be added). They delivered a base case and two scenarios in the PFS. Of course no two companies (let alone two individual projects in different parts of the world) are the same, what you will find striking however is the amount of gold they have / could have, this is very similar to KIBO's JORC amounts (of course Geology and Grades are different). It shows a Net Present Value (NPV) of 'An Internal Rate of Return ("IRR") of 22% and a post tax NPV of US$92 million at a discount rate of 5% and gold price of US$1,250/oz.' and 614,000 oz of gold produced over 9 year Life of Mine ("LOM") and Average annual production of 79,300 oz of gold over the 7 years of maximum production. You'll agree this is a very similar JORC number to KIBO's current Imweru JORC and the NPV for Imweru alone 'could' top $100mUSD as a standalone asset to KIBO's books value. Now also look at CNR's MCAP. It is circa £35m........KIBO's is £5.42m.........Serio | tidy 2
01/12/2014 17:24 | I like this As promised, we are entering a period of intensive market announcements. So this is just the start of the rise, I would like this above 15p to at least keep any predator at bay. Then with the JV news who knows where we will be. | ![]() quinan

01/12/2014 17:10 | Kibo Mining Shares Jump On Positive Rukwa Project Study Results. LONDON (Alliance News) - Kibo Mining PLC on Monday said it has now received the final definitive mining feasibility study for the Rukwa coal-to-power project in Tanzania, which confirms the anticipated deliverable margin per tonne and profitability of the coal mining element are ahead of its expectations. Kibo shares were up 15% to 2.35 pence on Monday morning, one of the best performers in the AIM All-Share, after it said the final study for the Phase 1 programme at Rukwa confirmed the coal mining profitability is ahead of its original expectations. On the back of the study, the group said it can confirm the "robustness and attractiveness" of the coal mining element and the wider project. The group is now undertaking a Power Pre-Feasibility Study for the mine mouth power station at Rukwa, which is said is progressing well and which it expects to receive shortly. Kibo also said it is progressing with work on the Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Imweru gold project, also in Tanzania. "We are delighted to receive this, the first of three crucial reports which will tangibly demonstrate to the market the value of the company's assets. We have held firm to our belief that the Rukwa Project is a unique and highly valuable asset. As promised, we are entering a period of intensive market announcements and expect to be releasing several further updates in the coming weeks," said Louis Coetzee, Chief Executive Officer of Kibo. | pj787
