28/11/2014 10:38 | Today 10:32HawaiifiveOStak Over the last 15 trading session the volume in Kibo Mining is closing in on 100m shares, that type of volume is rare indeed for a small company with only about 265m shares in issue. This volume is not wholly retail driven. Could a predator be stake building?? It seems there are no major declared shareholders over 5% (except Directors) The chronic undervaluation of Kibo Mining (£5.5m) market capitalisation, compared to the massive scale of their projects leaves the company very vulnerable to a takeover approach. If a hostile takeover approach was made the board would struggle to maintain control if the offer ranged 7p-9p per share, how could they defend this given the 2 year historic share price performance ?? My understanding is that the company is now very keen to start to deliver significant value, with a number of projects closing in on value recognition. This is exactly the time a predator would make a move. | ertugrul
28/11/2014 10:27 | California Joe 28 Nov'14 - 10:07 - 16196 of 16207 0 0 Oooh, bit of a flurry then! Hope michaelsadvfn hasn't gone out too soon lol Changed me mind, lol !! | michaelsadvfn
28/11/2014 10:23 | I am all for being optimistic, but let's not make things up. Nobody has said anything about Louis going to Asia. HFO speculated that Louis's last webcast was on Skype and perhaps he was on route to somewhere - that is all. Keep it real Guys and Gals. | bill182
28/11/2014 10:22 | Let's hope he is having a sweet ans sour chicken with special fried rice later today :) | california joe
28/11/2014 10:18 | Someone said LC went to Asia this morning, is that mean JV going to be signed.] Could be that sort of leak | ertugrul
28/11/2014 10:13 | Look at these buys, it feels like something leaking | ertugrul
28/11/2014 10:13 | its times like this you know the MM'a are playing games. There was no way, imo, that all of a sudden, a little bundle of people all decided at the same time to take a chunk of Kibo lol | california joe
28/11/2014 10:13 | Never cease to amaze me how the mind works. Why would peeps suddenly pay 206 when they could buy at 19 a couple of minutes ago. Everyone believes they can beat the system for twenty quid. Bloody crazy have the balls decide it's a buy or not and just do it. These fractions of a penny will be peanuts shortly | 10009504
28/11/2014 10:12 | The coal/power project is of national importance and has the full support of the Tanzania Government. It is now at an advanced stage with financial close approaching. Financial close was stated for the first time at a public forum recently. The question was asked that he (the CEO) had never said this before, his reply was 'there is a first time for everything' There can be no more delays, either by Kibo Mining or the proposed JV partner, electricity generation is planned for 2018 end of. The above is why this time is different in my view. Exciting times ahead. | tadtech

28/11/2014 10:04 | LC is giving out an air of extreme confidence something not seen before. Large director share purchase a couple of months ago and interview after interview stating imminent upsurge in value . Way too much for this to be all fluff and wind now | 10009504
28/11/2014 10:01 | Jack1236, I doubt any reasonable person would disagree that LC has made some persistent and costly mistakes over the years, he has. However, been invested as we all are here we now have to have hope that he will now deliver, I posted yesterday on LSE BB and here, that KIBO won't get the Benifits of the doubt that other companies may get, only real news will move KIBO not Media Presentations and BB Hype, too many have the scars for it to be otherwise. But I still believe he can and will deliver. JD | jdwag
28/11/2014 09:59 | To much media attention now jack1236 for that scenario to re-occur. The company has to regain credibility and LC knows it. They have enough cash not to have to repeat the past, suppliers requesting shares instead of cash, JV partner hopping aboard on the Uranium and large buy trades going through. This company is heading in the right direction now imo! | california joe |
