The egarley awaited news may land tomorrow morning if not Friday ! I would prefer to wait another day as more investors jump in to gain.

I'm guessing something going on in the background late reported trades, large trades being worked , even transfered suggest possible steak building, high profile investors take postions! Just get feeling company changing news soon. Gla DYOR

IMWERU PROJECT

In February 2013 LVG and TML signed an agreement with General Exploration Ltd (GEL) to acquire PL6294 ‘Imweru’. PL6294 has 25,000m of drilling completed, including some significant gold intersections. An independent unofficial exploration target has been interpreted at 170,000 oz. at 2.1 gm/t using a 1 gm/t cut-off grade. It is expected that further drilling on an expanded and infill program will increase the resource size and confidence level. Lake Victoria Gold plans to have a small scale gold mine and processing facility operating at a rate of 250 oz. per week by May 2015. This operation will be located at the current PL6294, Imweru licence. Operating at an estimated cost of USD800/oz. this project is expected to yield the company a profit of USD5Mpa.

Based on results to date the property can sustain a small mining operation producing 12,000 oz. per year for 7 years mining and processing an average feed grade of 3.5g/t. LVG is confident this can be increased with further exploration. Acquisition opportunities also exist in the immediate area. AN AGREEMENT HAS BEEN REACHED TO ACQUIRE AN ADJACENT PML AND A MINING LICENCE IS CURRENTLY UNDER NEGOTIATION.
