From HFO on another board:

I have completed a number of 'investment proposition' notes on Kibo Mining regarding both Imweru gold and Rukwa coal to power over the last month.

In summary these have concluded that, assuming 280m shares in issue, that Rukwa coal to power could be valued in a range of 50p to 58p once operational cash flows begins in 2018-19

Nearer term shareholders have the early revenue stream from Imweru gold. Based on comparable peer groups and market conditions, this project could attain a value of 5.5p per Kibo share (for outright sale) or more likely 15p per Kibo share once in production.

There is also the prospect of further value to be added at Haneti. I understand Kibo Mining is actively seeking a new JV partner. This project has been described by Kibo Mining CEO as a potentially a 'world class asset' It could add multiples to the share price in due course.

The recent Uranium deal has brought Kibo Mining a useful partner, it should be noted that demand for Uranium is growing. This project could be a material share price driver once exploration begins.

In summary Kibo Mining has significant blue sky possibilities, beyond that of your 'average' AIM listed junior mining entity. The valuation model is compelling. Buying at current levels could generate significant, potentially life changing upside.

Volume and interest in Kibo Mining remains at record highs. The company is materially undervalued. Strong news-flow will shortly be delivered across a number of projects.
