Ok fellow shareholders. RNS dated 29th July

1. In the key headline and in the text they state DMFS to complete by 30th Nov - yes this week.

2. They also state they deferred signing the JV but expect to Sign JV after DMFS.

What couldn't be clearer than that.

Gold, uranium all well and good but this is the transformational prize and this RNS says we are days away.

Kibo Announces Commencement of Rukwa Coal to Power Project ("RCPP") Definitive Mining Feasibility Study

-- RCPP DMFS to commence immediately with Stage 1
-- Stage 1 of DMFS to be completed by November 2014.
-- Integrated RCPP feasibility study commences simultaneously
-- In principle agreement on Joint Development Partnership for RCPP


Kibo Mining plc ("Kibo"or the "Company") (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the Tanzania focussed mineral exploration and development company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Minxcon Projects (www.minxcon.co.za), to conduct a DMFS for the RCPP coal mine, thereby officially commencing with the RCPP integrated feasibility study, which will cover development of both the coal mine and co-located thermal power plant. Stage 1 of the DMFS is expected to be completed by November 2014. Stage 1 will cover the conventional pre-feasibility elements associated with a coal mine feasibility study, as well as assessing certain key mining parameters required for the planning of the definitive feasibility study on the Rukwa power plant. The integrated RCPP feasibility study involves the sequential implementation, parallel execution and subsequent integration of the DMFS and definitive power feasibility study ("DPFS"). As part of Stage 1 of the DMFS, the Rukwa Executive Management Team will, over the next four months, also settle the heads of terms for the following key commercial agreements in the RCPP:

-- Power Purchase Agreement
-- Coal Sale Agreement
-- Grid Connection Agreement

During the past month the Company also reached an in principle agreement on the definitive terms and conditions for a joint development partnership in the RCPP. The Company however decided to defer signing of the joint development agreement until completion of Stage 1 of the DMFS. Upon completion of Stage 1 of the DMFS, which will amongst others assess most of the key commercial assumptions in the RCPP, the Company expects to conclude the joint development agreement on more favourable commercial terms. Given these developments and the advanced status of the RCPP, Minxcon have agreed to conduct Stage 1 of the MPFS on a contingency arrangement with the Company.

The positive results obtained from the work done on the Rukwa DMFS to date has prompted the Company to immediately proceed with the Pre-Feasibility Study for the 300 MW coal fired power plant included in the Rukwa Coal to Power Project ("RCPP"). The Pre-Feasibility Study on the power plant will be conducted in two Phases. Phase 1 of the Pre-Feasibility Study is expected to be completed by the end of November, allowing the Company to deliver a comprehensive, fully integrated, independent Scoping Study (i.e. mining and power) for the RCPP, by early December 2014.

I would ask you all to read the RNS dated 29th July. My reading of that infers the JV will be signed November after completion of the DFMS which is scheduled for 30th Nov completion

I don't buy into the resistance without news to be honest I think tomorrow news or no news providing we get similar volumes we will smash through the barrier. If we do that the next two p will come a lot quicker than the rise we have had so far. And that's where I'd like to be sitting prior to jv

vivgav - I would agree, but when the JV is announced, the charts will not count for anything. To my mind, buying at today's price is very easy money if you have a time frame longer than a few weeks.

Agree Viv, any other share would have popped on the buying volume we have had although I'm happy we have gone through the 1.5p & 1.75p placings.

Think you're right, news needed to push through the 2p barrier but that will come in the next few days.
