| 25/11/2014 07:44 | In my view there has to be some connection between Kibo and Lake Victoria Gold's plan to actively mine gold (and provide the infrastructure) at Imweru in mid 2015. What this shows, beyond any doubt at all, is that mining at this location will be very viable. Lake Victoria suggest they will make $5m profit from producing 12,000oz. Kibo has implied they could be producing 30,000oz+ so pro-rata profit is $15m What is not clear is whether these 'facilities' provided by Lake Victoria Gold will be utilized at full capacity. In other words would they be available for both companies to use? Lake Victoria Gold has a JORC of about 100,000oz whereas Kibo has a JORC of 500,000oz. My guess is these facilities could be used by both companies on a production sharing basis. Very interesting times. | tadtech | |

As with Rukwa we have seen the considerable value that can be added to a project when our work is formalised in independent Competent Persons’ reports and similar. This is reflected in our decision to move forward with a Definitive Mining Feasibility Study for Imweru.
