24/11/2014 23:26 | I can't believe people here saying ten pence is right on jv for rukwa a. We were valued at eleven pence at beginning of year and our coal reserves were bought I think for twenty one million. So why only ten pence | 10009504

24/11/2014 23:11 | When you dig about, you find all sorts of things that could have some relevance here. Tanzoz are part of a joint venture to explore for coal in Tanzania with Cokal. Cokal received a major vote of confidence for the company's operations last year, in tough markets, by attracting investment to the tune of 9.6 miilion dollars from Blumont - which has a market cap. of around $2 billion. So Tanzoz have effectively got some backing for their operations in Tanzania. Lots of twists and turns ahead lol | california joe
24/11/2014 23:08 | Mean to add re the LVG Company (Tanzod) from FAQ. Gil Q - When was the company established? Lake Victoria Gold Ltd (LVG) was incorporated in Australia in October 2011. Tanzoz Minerals Ltd (TML) is a Tanzanian company and is a wholly owned subsidiary of LVG. Tanzoz Minerals Ltd was incorporated in Tanzania in Feb 2008. Tanzoz Minerals was originally formed to undertake a JV with Zari Exploration Ltd. The JV was an earn in by TML by spending money on 10 Tenements (from 17 offered). In June 2011, Tanzoz Minerals Ltd purchased outright from Zari the 10 Gold tenements in Lake Victoria for USD200k plus 5% undilutable ownership in TML. In June 2011 Tanzoz Resource Company Ltd transferred its 3 Gold tenements into Tanzoz Minerals Ltd. | gilbly
24/11/2014 23:07 | Question? If the LVG Site is going to become operational in the short term, instead of KIBO buying it would it not be better that Kibo Imweru is sold to LVG in return for LGV increasing their JORC Resource massively and KIBO taking a stake in a $10m per annum producing mine, for example say KIBO sells Imweru for a 49% stake in LVG and hey presto we have $5m per annum revenues in the next 6 months? Now that's a deal I would like. Worth it to LVG as well as they would take 170k ounces and add 5 times the resource via Kibo's upcoming PFS? If Carlesberg made deals eh? JD | jdwag
24/11/2014 23:00 | Just before it went down I noticed that in the Lake Victoria project the figure titled Geita West Tenement Map (fig 2) shows the Kibo tenement blocks and there is a small green hatched area which is not included in the Kibo tenements. This may be the LVG site as it is small, about 1.6Km square I think. It is between the Imweru Central and Imweru East sites. The gold resource is unofficially 170,000 oz and I would have thought this would have been an ideal purchase for Kibo as it is in their tenements. To check validity I was just comparing the latitudes and longitudes on the LVG and Kibo maps when the Kibo web site vanished. | gilbly
24/11/2014 22:37 | Suspension tomorrow AM? Have they been rumbled? JD | jdwag

24/11/2014 22:30 | Lake Victoria Gold plans to have a small scale gold mine and processing facility operating at a rate of 400 oz. per week by December 2014. This operation will be located at the current PL6294, Imweru licence. Operating at an estimated cost of USD520/oz. this project is expected to yield the company a profit of USD10Mpa. This cash flow will provide the company with exploration and expansion funds. LVG expects to list on a suitable stock exchange after production commences or sooner if market conditions improve. | daddy warbucks
24/11/2014 22:23 | It gets more intriguing, looks like their Imweru project is being spun out into a new company called Tanzoz Minerals Ltd Now look at this..... Changes coming soon ! Also a number of Directors of this company are linked to Australian listed stocks (both past and present) I will say no more!! | tadtech
24/11/2014 22:19 | No, I have nothing to do with stig as anyone with half a brain would realise, though thats raising the bar way too high for most on these threads. Has to be said I rarely bother to visit - the level of "discussion" never gets above the playground. On one side you have a bunch of mug punter "investors" who blame every drop on a consortium (which clearly does not exist) and believe that BB activity is a measure of how good a company is. They refuse to even discuss some obviously concerning issues, and waste their days following trades of a few £k On the other hand there is a serial poster who trolls many threads getting more calls wrong than right and whose sole purpose seems to be winding up the mugs, somewhat successfully it has to be said. But I have better things to do with my life, and so should most on here. | dr biotech
24/11/2014 21:59 | Agree, that kind of thing (if correct) is most certainly 'material' IMHO. JD | jdwag
24/11/2014 21:51 | That sort of speculation, if correct, could force an RNS a little earlier than planned :) | california joe
24/11/2014 21:30 | This revelation (from H5O on LSE) would explain why Louis Coetzee is so optimistic about Imweru, could this company be the proposed JV partner or will they buy Kibo's project outright? Note their production licence number is PL6294 and Kibo's is PL6284 Key points..... 'An agreement has been reached to acquire an adjacent PML and a Mining Licence located within PL6294 is currently under negotiation' 'Discussions have been underway with a plant manufacturer for the Imweru facility' 'Discussions are underway to lease the processing plant through a third party' 'Acquisition opportunities also exist in the immediate area' Exciting times for Kibo Mining !! | tadtech
24/11/2014 21:11 | No free offers this month? Still, we all guessed he was down to his last several hundred quid when he started investing in £50 tranches. Just wonder if the rumours are true about him being the client of a divorce lawyer? | loverat
24/11/2014 21:00 | STIG's thrown the towel in. Premium membership gone......spare £20 anyone? | vivgav
24/11/2014 17:59 | To some this share must be a wait for the news and jump in , others taking the opportunity to load up! Each to there own and all that. The fact is this share is officially confirmed a NO BRAINNER ! Enough news and coverage suggests that more news flow is imminent! Gla DYOR | pj787
24/11/2014 17:02 | I think he has posted on the wrong thread. It is EDL who have issued an RNS this morning relating to a 2 meter seam. | daddy warbucks |
