Don't you think he should be taking shares instead of his massive yearly wedge yaki ?

Judging by cash, I doubt any of the directors got paid for the last year pretty much. We will see next week, when interims are released.

I thought Mozambique was well advanced when LC diversified ?

The Bandit doesn't even mention the massive wage he's collecting on a weekly basis or talk of reducing his salary ?

And that Scottish muppet on lse called jDwag claims "this is the biggie"My godCan people not see that this guy is trying anything now He has made his own QnA but really the Rns was about the re organisation so that he can get a placing away.Desperation Lc has attempted to make the last Rns a bid to try and pump the price But NOOnly donkey left now on lse Fools of people hold this

Lc doesn't get that you cannot keep doing placings But now "Consequently, the Board is proposing to reduce the nominal value of the ordinary shares in issue from EUR0.015 to EUR0.001 whilst retaining the same number of shares, thus having no direct impact on the trading price of the Company's New Ordinary Shares (see RNS dated 2 September 2019). The Board considers the capital re-organisation to be in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders"So he is changing things so that he can get a placing away DESPERATION STINKS HERE

Who asked for a q n a and in there buried deep is the all mighty question about cash "That being the case, Kibo obviously still requires a decided level of cash availability to sustainably and consistently deliver on all its objectives in its journey towards production. Understanding current market realities and external factors, Kibo's financial management system, which includes rigorous and regular review and adjustment processes, allows for operating under extreme conditions. In this regard, Kibo has put in place non-market funding instruments and agreements which allows it to access alternative sources of funding in addition to raising funds via equity placings.

Maybe I am turning into a grumpy old man but today's RNS seems to smack of desperation!

This company started out as a junior explorer with 16m shares in issue and a share price of the now equivalent 35p, it actually hit 60p.

Under Louis Coetzee and his South African chums shareholders have been wiped out, yet another consolidation coming, now 800m shares issued and a share price under 1p

Over £40m raised to return the current £7m m/cap

£1000 invested at IPO would now be worth £28

How much monies is in the bank? How will they pay to keep the lights on?How much is the outlay for MED?How much is having to be paid out to get MED up and running? Now how much actual revenue will be generated from this and when will they start to receive it and how regular will those revenues be?How long will the outlay for MED take to be made back and shown to be profitable incomes? So how will they pay for it and how long will it take for them to pay off this new debt? You see the obvious drawback obviously but prefer to mislead people in to thinking this will just be throwing off cash.

When will they need to try and raise a placing? Share consolidation to come? The happy clappys are banging their drum again trying to tell all it all ok and fine dandy but they do not want to talk about the real concerns!
