This company has potentially good assets. I guess the 24 millions dollar question is - can it monetise then?

Its extraordinary that LC doesn't take the point. Every single reference he makes to expanding his empire results in a share price drop - obviously because investors ask themselves where is the money coming from ? You never know, if he spelled out the answer, exactly enough (not that he seems capable of exactitude - so maybe its like shouting to an empty universe) the shares might be higher than they are, so that his necessary fund raise (He's pretending he doesn't need one - thinking he's fooling us all) might be done at slightly higher price than the one he is heading for. But, then, that would mean going against his habits of a Kibo lifetime.

Well it's clearly obvious there is a placing coming yaki as that drop this morning is nothing to do with the RNS in my view ?I stated earlier that i think it will be 0.55 - 0.60 or thereabouts and sometimes stocks like this which are at the lowest of the lows can play out as a good recovery play.Dangerous assumption yes but i do follow a few of these across this sector and view them as all one either a great punt or money down the gutterThe MICE

CM

My views are a bit more balanced here, but completely agree with you on the share price front. Complete and utter disaster - from 5p to 0.5p.

On the fundamentals front - not that bad - 5 projects, all with their chances of success. In my view, worth several times more than the current share price
All the heavy lifting done, close to PPA stage, UK project with PPA and heading towards FC etc

Let's see. I think once a tangible cash related advance is in place, we can move up very quickly

Not being critical here but what the hell has LC done with KIBO apart from destroying it ?

I cannot believe how CEO'S get away with it not just LC but others also as it's nothing but criminal destroying people's hard earned money.

It is time the FCA stepped in and started severe proceedings including ( Jail sentences ) against firms listed on this market

This is, as it says, merely a reorganisation of the ownership of the Mabeseweka coal resource. Everything else is pie in the sky, but as ever raising the question how is it all to be financed. Hence the shares' fall. Shumba obviously abstained from the share issue vote so as not to rock any boats, but will still suffer from the inevitable Kibo dilutions as will all other shareholders.

TZ Minister of Minerals meeting the UK ambassador.

Acacia is not any more UK company as delisted and fully owned by Canadian Barrick. Any other UK mining companies active in TZ?
