Yes now red and bid to 0.65 all sells today no buys and rightly so.Is someone going to ask some hard questions at the AGM prob not just telling him well done.He wants a placing so bad The share structure willBe changed to accommodate this and a new deal all singing all dancing will come outThe funds primarily used to funds salaries It just awful Poor old Wimbledon has his entire life in this and is like a deer in headlights just staring at it.........Shareholder destruction and lc taking £1.4m home in the last few years as a salary which feels is justified. I really think he doesn't give a stuff about shareholders. He is milking it for as long as it lasts

Something else the clappies don't understand is that dilution lasts for ever. Some are saying "oh well - at least we'll get some cheap shares - so its onwards and upwards from there !" Poor saps. The extra shares will 'dilute' for ever afterwards the benefit to the share price that every future project might once have delivered. LC is running up a down escalator that is accelerating. But he won't admit it, and the clappies can't recognise it.

Everyone, whether corporate or individuals have been shafted here, I cannot see how a further placing or any form of debt will be feasible which is why I believe Kiboooom will be Kibust at some point soon - I just cannot see how they can continually raise money where each participant sees their investment all but wiped out. Why would anyone want to do it?

The interims should have been published by the AGM. Cash position (liquid assets more relevant) should be clear from them. My last estimate was cash had run out by April - only replenished by Shylock - adding to his lock on Kibo's future. But even Shylock's coffers weren't unlimited (on the original deal) so a fresh deal is due, probably with an even bigger armlock. Any cash from Sepco is years away - even if it happens - so only alternative is someone else (Shumba ? - buying in at low Kibo price to make up for being shafted at 5p (or whatever) - or mega dilution. The moron head clappie over there was 'reassured' by Mast taking next tranche at 5p ! (which was locked in by the original deal ! - so Mast has been shafted as well)

I would say it's nailed on but interesting to see how LC answers the question at the AGM next week.Surely he will be asked this but may not respond clearly about a fund raise.If by any chance there is one i would expect around 0.55 - 0.60 ?I would then consider taking a punt but i won't be ramping if my investment does go upLOL

It's called fluffing and pumping would as night follow day mean a fund raise is in the wings? What price and for how much? It a hard market to raise in at this time and the terms wouldn't be good you can bet.

There are lots of questions asked but no answers given what price will the placing be at and how much dilution? Will there be matching warrants and conversion loan notes to be flipped as well in order to attract placees? Idiot.

Yid Army ! The clappies who go to AGMs and SpinFests don't know how to work out cash positions or anything just as relevant. Its all available in the co's results announcements, and here on ADVFN. Only the susceptible and gullible from LSE go to hear LC spout ! The others look at his track record - and the questions he doesn't answer. I bet no one will ask him why he hasn't bought Kibo shares for instance ! Or they'll believe him if he says its because he's supporting his old granny !

And you think a CEO or Sen Man of a company will casually disclose such sensitive info, esp in Kibo case, casually at the agm rather than an rns?!?

What price will they raise a placing at? And how much? People listening to the rampers have seen their shareholding destroyed whilst the rampers still try and reassure and tell everyone it any day now they know no more than anyone else and have got it wrong every time so far year after year they should be ashamed to try and mislead people to invest here!
