Mr Magnet's Moronic Maths ! He doesn't realise that if Sepco paid 21p for, say 200m new shares, Kibo's market cap would be £175m. Yet its assets would be only around £70m - with no income, and liabilities to stump up for its capex share of its projects. (Minority shares which generate no income for Kibo)
Would be good if Mr Magnet brushed up on his knowledge of company balance sheets, and their connection with share prices. Then he wouldn't waste so much space on these BB's

How is to ask what opinion of board the next placing price will be misinformation? You think SEPCO3 will pay 21p for each of the extra shares when the share price is only 2p? PMSL not long to find out that is unless they kick the can down the road or into the long grass again.

What "misinformation" has been said exactly? Your group have threatened people posting here with FCA and tracking their IP and paying a visit but this more evidence that you are threatend by people revealing your groups agenda and the misleading and hoodwinking that you have been organising so please tell me what "misinformation" have posters here been "spouting"?

There is not a limit to how much some one chooses to post on these boards and if a post is directed or reply to one of my post I can reply tell me if you think still that people posting on this board are paid to post how can they do this at any time of the week 24/7 you are either very stupid to think that or you are just trying to discredit anyone that is making a point to show you and your market abusing group for what you are doing.

Funny the twitter ramp group return to LSE to pump the stock with their 'research' just as there's concerns with monies in the bank and talks of possible funding issue with SEPCO delay until end of month what is the cash position and if there has been placing wonder if the happy clappys or some of them have taken the placing which is why they are keenly pumping the stock again out of the blue sky very suspicious timing?

You say magnet @maxbets1111 that there are only two weeks left until SEPCO buy in but this is the second deadline after the first was post phoned for them to decide if they will proceed with a 10-15% NEW SHARE issue at a price that you 'bet' is at 21p when the share price is at 2p and the last equity investor was at 5.5p which part of that does not sound right and what if SEPCO do not proceed or offer a fire sale price that cannot be refused due to the balance sheets? But you do not want to see both sides you just want to hoodwink and 'bet' on fantasy figures I will wait for you to admittance when 'the fat lady sings' and you can apology's to those you misled.

Well you got something right at last mikemike.
I bought back in Feb at 7.49p because the PPA was definitely going to be signed before end of Q1 and then sold at a whopping 44% loss. Would have been a lot worse if i'd held on to them.

So instead of explaining the reason for your blinded and agenda driven ramping or why your group have been hoodwinking people to buy here all the way down from 9p under false information your group have provided here and on the LSE board opinions posted as fact or insider information and still trying to get people to buy when there every chance of them losing it all you reply with that? What price are you claiming SEPCO will buy take 15% in NEW shares was it 21p you think they will pay when the price is under 2p? Blinkered or an idiot.

Funny how the happy clappys call out any one with a view that differs to theirs as 'paid derampers' when all you have to do so is to look at their posting history for the past months and what the happy clappys have predicted with their researches and what of that researches and advices has come to pass and you will see they are the ones who have been misleading investors with their claims but of course it easier to blame the ones who have called it right 'paid derampers' when the truth hurts?

Any excuses now to justify the price drop to take the attentions away from the real reason the happy clappys ramping this and promising news and riches based on their 'researches' which never arrived as they predicted and people voted with their feet which you think many other wished they had done!Look at this one from "magnet" @maxbets1111 from the LSE board who states as fact 'They are paying at least 15p. Wont be surprised if its as much as 40p.' so is this inside market information they are posting or are they just blindly ramping like they rest of the happy clappys have been? Why would some one try and mislead peoples in this way? Very suspicious these group of rampers, why have the come out from their private twitter group now to post on the LSE unless for their AGENDA!
