The SPs’ of all entities associated with LC tell the real story……I bet he can’t actually believe he’s managed to draw a hefty remuneration for so long……meanwhile, the regulator has done what?!……

PS DPR. In mast's case EBIDA doesn't tell anything like the real 'net cash earned' story. Especially for an SPV with hidden borrowings. Its why LC and crew always uses it.

DPR - exxcept I've shown in past posts that 1) Mast's 'revenue' is not a guide to the cash profit flowing throughto Mast let alone to Kibo and 2) the revenue spike we saw last summer hasn't continued. and also 3) Kibo has pledged Mast shares to Riverfort. But Mast's results are due any time now.

@Lurker5 What is interesting is the Mast numbers. Given we are post end 2022 it would appear to confirm Revenue of £1.9-£2.1m and EBITDA of £0.5m. If true we should see Mast rally, the question is will it drag Kibo with it?

I see Kibo has just wheeled in an 'update' (flash note via 'Research Tree - that oher outfit which makes you pay to see it) from that totally discredited 'Research'outfit ACF (commissioned by friend Schaffalitsky ex chairman and sadly (not) missed, to pump his other scam, Eurasia Mining (EUA) with an amazingly incompetent, grotesquely exaggerated, and I would say fraudulently misleading 'puff' which has proved how incompetent they are) ostensibly to applaud the Kibo warrants repricing, but re-hashing their Oct '22 'review' puffing a 3.0p plus Kibo share price (before of course the latest mega-dilution) based on (conveniently) forgetting to deduct the Mast minority from its inclusion as a (also unearranted) 'profit', and to keep in Kibo's balance sheet around a $20m 'valuation' for MCPP which Kibo wrote off last year. One could go on with its inclusion of a 'value' for USE's planned content but without allowing for the funds its going to have to raise for whatever development costs (very large) there are going to be. (and that you can bet LC won't tell us about in the detail investors need) All very predictable and proving how no honest and competent researcher will touch LC and all his works

Correct. He will therefore undoubtedly continue to milk those for all they are worth. I presume that KIBO will be calling in any debts due from 3rd parties, flogging off any assets it owns (for a pittance) and distributing any funds to its shareholders. Once the administrators have taken a huge chunk of course. All IMO.

I am presuming that this will go bust and delist sometime very soon. I will take some comfort knowing that LC is no longer making a living from pedalling nonsense projects with nonsense timelines and nonsense funding.

@frankandbeans yes unfortunately Cape Gentleman let me down. When he realised that he was hopelessly out of his depth and he would never finish what he had started,he quietly retired from the race half way through. Hopefully it does turn out to be an omen!! 🤣🤣

Well I am backing Cape Gentleman in the Grand National! It's an Irish Horse at 100 - 1. The paper says it's completely out of his depth and it's trained by John "Shark" Hanlon. Surely that is an omen?? 🤣

Well well what a week that was!!!
If that was the week that LC stabilised Kibo then I don't want to be around for the week he blows it up! He has had the opportunity to strike a deal with significant shareholders who were willing to put funding in instead he chose to talk at them and collude with sharks!

@Lurker5 The track record of the board here is so poor that even the sharks lose money!!! FFS

He values his salary more than his dignity (I think I would as well !)
As for the sharks, they're not even friendly mechanical JAWS ones. They feed on shareholders' money (what's left of it when its still in their pockets - ouch )

Well done to the BoD for throwing Kibo in the hands of all the sharks of AIM

Sadly there’s many that lost money here listening to unfounded and misleading ramping from stale bulls that were actually selling down their positions to those they were encouraging this was a “strong buy”.

It just goes to show that you should have an open mind and listen to all viewpoints on these boards, instead of just dismissing them because you like the sound of what a bull is saying about your new investment.

Expensive lesson for some.

@Lurker5 I wouldn't be surprised to see the "Institutional Investor" emerge in some shape of form as you say there are plenty of people out there who are happy to take money from fools!
