From last year's agm:

Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX:KBO), the renewable energy focused development company, announces the results of voting at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today.

Proxies were received by shareholders holding 12% of the shares in Kibo
(2,475,348,737 shares issued and outstanding).

Prior to the AGM Mr. Maree and Mr. Kerremans advised the Board that they were
withdrawing their candidacy for re-election as directors. Consequently Resolutions 3 and 4 on the Notice of AGM were withdrawn by the Chairman. All the other Resolutions were carried.

But then placees will flip and stale bulls will keep buying “cheap” shares so there’s really no need for any “investorsR21; at all..

I mentioned everything you say to me Yaks.. Re proving yours Ross mentioned he experienced that previously and does take time but mentioned AGM end of Sept as being good testing ground for you guys to get all in order obviously he would guide you guys through such matter step by step in meantime and around the obstacles...
With regards to vote obviously he can not guarantee you will win and LC could just issue up to authority in meantime poor form... But he says he can get you to the vote and I feel 100% in my mind he would get you there, why couldnt he it is a fundamental right and he is professional in Irish Corporate Law.

More to the point he is researching for you guys ahead of time so he is prepared for a zoom with you guys in near future just let me or him know if you are interested and can be arranged as soon as possible...

To my knowledge once you have put in writing you could also take out a court injunction re issue of further shares in meantime but nothing to stop Louis in meantime up to authority to issue... Am sure Ross could clarify that point with you...

Basically, after receiving signed by the brokers and beneficial owners request for egm letters, Kibo Irish company lawyers said -- stuff you - not valid

I agree it is a fundamental right under the Irish Companies Act.

But there seems to be technical discrepancy between Euroclear and the many layers underneath - custodian, broker, nominee account and actual beneficial holder.

For Yaks group and DPR just had a 30 minute phone chat with Ross who says is a fundamental right of shareholders to have such a vote... He says he could apply pressure get you there... He says is happy to have a zoom meeting with you guys to discuss... Just a question of whether you have left too late ie LC in pole position now but if you still think you have the vote as indicated here and want him out then go for it...

"Immoral and Criminal" SIB ! Don't make us larf ! He's a lawyer. Anything goes that works. The only way to stop LC getting more gravy is to ensure any cash raise doesn't happen. If he tries via another bucket shop, all holders should rise up, picket it, and make sure any newbie mugs tempted should have the full story.

yes, lawyers were consulted and only option is to go to Irish High Court, as Euroclear are new rules, only came in force last year

Well you cited you could not do this Yaks as yours are in Sipp am not sure where i would stand if that was case but I can certainly change my shares from broker to my name so do not understand why sir Ian can not and my question was directed at him as he was one to mention. Also I did give you name of guy who took it to vote with Irish company did you contact him or decide against if so what did he say to you.?
