As Euroclear are the legal owner, they need to sign any egm notice. But you can't get them, as your shares are with your broker. Catch 22.

There is exception for voting

And then to frustrate any legitimate attempts to change is outrageous. If someone could explain to me how I'm able to vote at the agm but my holding doesn't count when it comes to requesting an egm is beyond belief.

IF LC had a shred of decency, he should bring in competent folks and get the entire team - incl him, his son etc who are on the payroll, to resign!
