The actual bid at cob was 0.18p, and not 0.15.
Could be a big move up coming soon imo.....let’s wait and see!

swerves1 - great point. IO think they need to dump that holding, distribute the proceeds to Shareholders then close this down.

Now only 0.15p bid, the market knows there are hundreds of millions of shares that the providers of the £1m will dump at any price above 0.15p, namely their pre financing shares.

They are then protected by their 400m 3 year vest 0.25p warrants + can convert £1m of loan shares at the floor price of 0.15p, over 500m more shares.

Not forgetting the generous £225k 'fee' payable in shares at any price to the loan providers.

In all over 1 billion shares will be issued - the real price of the £1m raise was circa 0.10p a share.

YidarmyTom - let’s not forget the sizeable holding they have in Katoro Gold.....this alone is worth c. £2m! At the current minuscule sp, I’m staying in anyway....think there is huge upside from here

this has now lost 99.98% of its value since Jan 2011

Well done Louis, you may as well put Investors out of their misery and go for the 100%

"Board and management have agreed a 40% pay cut for next three months"

I cannot stop laughing at this

It strikes me that no-one believes a word of what Coetzee says anymore, legacy investors in Kibo have lost their shirts, the latest £1m raise was materially dilutive and reeked of desperation.

The shareholders stopped Coetzee's plans to consolidate equity (for the 3rd time since listing) a consolidation would have hidden the woeful historic performance to new entrants and lowered the share count which always appeals.

Nothing to worry about, Mr Coetzee needs another 5 years to deliver value according to the interview.

Having listened to it Charlie Gibson had him on the back foot from the start, at times the questions were rather technical you see, Mr Coetzee did not seem his usual unflappable self, however he is well versed at spinning out yarn and recovered.

Gibson hit him right between the goolies at the end when he asked him why Shumba Energy dumped their shares.

The rampers here have a lot to learn about Kibo for sure, they will be long gone once they have dumped their existing shares on unsuspecting newbies whilst picking up cheapo 0.25p no risk 3 year warrants.

What fun to watch.

They went same way as MED. I.e. kicked into the long grass. I doubt if MED will ever see anything completed.

Mr Clockwork - I too have been 'bashing' Kibo - as you say - for at least the last four years .Look at the chart. Beyond your intelligence of course to understand the logic and knowledge behind cautionary posts that have proved consistently correct. So pipe down your pathetic attempts to close down informed opinion. Not one intelligent post by you has anyone seen on here.
