Posted at 13/6/2025 13:10 by theapiarist I know very little about Dundee, Phillis. Other than that they have 2 operating mines in Bulgaria and several others in the development pipeline along with significant cash reserves. Interestingly, their 2025 Q1 figures are significantly poorer that 2024 Q1 despite the gold price rise.I have today sold my stake in ADT, preferring 250 now rather than 93 and a stake in Dundee in a few months time. |
Posted at 13/6/2025 10:39 by hiddendepths I don't think they need to sword. The TSX is a far better place for a mining stock. It's not as if there has been much interest in ADT1 in the UK despite its undoubted multibag potential. |
Posted at 13/6/2025 08:42 by sword77 Will DPM open up listing in London through ADT1? |
Posted at 22/5/2025 20:59 by romeoandjuliet Has anyone added up all the declarations this might be a net shorted share..... going up........ |
Posted at 21/5/2025 08:02 by phillis Why haven’t ADT1 just rebuffed the enquiry? |
Posted at 20/5/2025 15:23 by theapiarist "Adriatic Metals, a precious metals mining group, is in the early stages of takeover talks which could lead to it becoming the latest London-listed company to succumb to an overseas bidder."+29% not too shabby. But it would be a travesty to be taken over at this price. |

Posted at 14/4/2025 09:32 by hazl Adriatic Metal 's CEO Laura Tyler.'Underground Operators Conferenc e keynote speaker Laura Tyler has made innovation her bread and butter. As ore grades reduce and underground mines get deeper, the need for innovative underground practices has never been more important. Adriatic Metals chief executive officer and managing director Laura Tyler has over three decades of experience in the underground mining sector and knows the industry’s recent challenges and triumphs first-hand. That’s why Tyler has signed on to make a keynote speech at AusIMM’s upcoming Underground Operators Conference (UgOps 2025), held in Adelaide from April 7–9. “Underground Operators is a great opportunity for people to come together, share ideas, do things differently, and really learn from each other,” Tyler told Australian Mining. “Being able to discuss ideas and make sure we deliver safer, more productive operations with the right technologies and innovation is an amazing opportunity.” |
Posted at 31/3/2025 10:19 by rougepierre Well that was lucky...I was looking to get back in to ADT1 having realised another investment... Logged in this AM...looked at the results...decided to take the plunge (last chance...) suddenly the share price was 194+ Incredibly thin market....had to leave my £20k order in...delighted to get 198.88! I also have BRC Silver and GPM BRC has beaten ADT1 by 13% in the last month... Over the last 3 months GPM has outperformed ADT1 by 38% and 28% in the last three weeks, despite having a higher exposure to silver than most Gold & Precious Metals Funds... Silver has to catch up...JPM manipulation...they own 45% of the world's silver... |
Posted at 18/2/2025 09:36 by troc1958 Pity they did not offer the small retail investor the option to buy in at 3.90. However, in general, the share price often drops to the fundraising price allowing retail investors the chance to buy at similar prices. We'll see with ADT whether the price does drop, as it has real momentum behind it with the rising silver price. I'm just disappointed that they are not able to finance the plant expansion using cash flow or even debt. I hate seeing equity dilution as it nearly always favours the institutions. |
