26/5/2020 18:39 | OkSo shareholders are not guaranteed to get 4.5p (0.45 equivalent) 10 trading days after AGM?What would happen to share price if consolidation then?I hasten to add my 8M shares voted no to consolidation | block4gooner
26/5/2020 18:25 | Block4Gooner I presume you are referring to this: “ The conversion price per share will be the higher of the 10 day volume weighted average price following the first ten days of trading after the date of the EGM to be held on 8 June 2020 and the last placing price, being 0.45p (4.5p post consolidation) ("Issue Price");” I understand this to refer to the price for determining the price for the shares-in-lieu -of-cash conversion for the unpaid salaries. | uknighted
26/5/2020 18:01 | So if I've read the RNS correctly, if they consolidate then after the minimum share price price will be 4.5p or current equivalent of 0.45p.As price now is 0.3 ish does that not guarantee a 50% profit if buying now? Please correct me if wrong or better still explain process please | block4gooner
26/5/2020 15:50 | "Sooner rather than later i meant"LOL | catchingmice

22/5/2020 12:12 | Just phoned the share centre and all they require is to verbally say over the phone for or against each proposal. Voted against all of them, TAKE THAT you lot !!!!!!!!!!!! | tcrober1
22/5/2020 10:31 | uknighted Thanks for that, with 'The Share Centre' so will give them a call. | tcrober1
22/5/2020 10:08 | Depends which broker but HL and ii both have secure messaging facilities which you can utilise to tell them how you want to vote. I have holdings through both and have notified them this way and received confirmation that my voting will be auctioned. I have voted against ALL proposals. Edit: snouts in the trough, whilst lining own pockets! | uknighted
22/5/2020 09:47 | Gents, Only dip into this thread occasionally and have been trying to get my head round EGM/consolidation in the last few days, could someone let me know how I go about voting against the proposal. I hold shares in a nominee a/c and don't think I will get a postal vote drop through the letter box. Sorry if this has been asked before. What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of the companies proposal going through for us long suffering shareholders. Thanks | tcrober1
22/5/2020 08:55 | Sandersons look like they are adding to their position here, interesting. | cl0ckw0rk0range
21/5/2020 17:39 | Unfortunately traders buy in low soon as a rise they cash in and don't blame them wish I had lol | tonybooth2
19/5/2020 14:27 | Yaki, Agreed. A streamlined BoD and lower running costs should be the eventual aim of voting down the EGM. JD | jdwag
19/5/2020 13:28 | JDW I also think is right in case new proposals are offered, it should include re organisation of the Board. SIX directors who do nothing and just earn fees, is a luxury we can do without. I lost all my confidence in the BoD, completely JDwag 19 May '20 - 11:58 - 3359 of 3359 0 0 0 By voting this down it forces him to come back to the table with a much more prudent set of EGM Resolutions. This is a smash and grab raid by a BoD who thinks they can get away with this under the dead of night during Covid-19, not on. JD | yaki

19/5/2020 11:44 | JD Agreed This is way too bad. I never expected such a step by the CEO. Also the BoD - SEVEN of them. Who are they and what they do? Time for pruning JDwag 19 May '20 - 11:33 - 3357 of 3357 0 0 0 I will be voting against all resolutions at the upcoming EGM. PIs can easily stop this if we choose. JD | yaki

19/5/2020 11:27 | cj41 We all have an opportunity to express our views via the resolutions of the upcoming egm. I will take that opportunity and hope many others will do so. At the last year's agm, there were c120m shares voted, 50m were mine Given that I won't be surprised if Sands offloaded most of their shares already, ready for buying them at half price in the next few weeks, I think we can send a clear signal to the Board. cj41 19 May '20 - 11:21 - 3355 of 3355 0 0 0 Yaki. KIBO has cost me a lot of money. Sadly it has the potential to do the same to you. I sincerely hope not but the behaviour of LC and the BOD from the last discounted placing onwards has in my view been appalling and getting worse by the minute. I assume you have a rare line to Louis so perhaps you can ask him what is going on. | yaki

19/5/2020 10:54 | When people are dying, their relatives are dying, when people are losing their jobs; all going through hard times, physically and mentally, Kibo shareholders losing tons of money What is Kibo's Board of Directors doing TAKING IT AS OPPORTUNE TIME to SMASH and GRAB I never expected such behavior. | yaki |
