Please be very careful about your strategy post-consolidation. History is no friend of such corporate developments, though there is often one sharp rally attempt to get things going which LTHs must take advantage of, to reduce exposure. You can be sure that will happen on any rally.

Agreed on a project over the line. I think after 7-8 years of funded by AIM, getting 1 project over the line is overdue

At least, we kept some blue to the end.

I think the main issue here, is the loose shares in the hands of Sandersons and Shumba, impo. Any news like MLs, and now pre PPA, all get sold into

I think LC will needs to be really careful when he issues shares - who to and how many. I am afraid the current dire situation is very much of Kibo's doing!

I don't recall one other CEO of any company that makes a share price fall on every single RNS ?

I expect this dipping slightly in the red so let's wait and see.

To get a placing away at a decent price he's got to either a) come clean about the DFS's he's got and their full economics, and his plans for funding so that investors can calculate the benefit (or not) to the share price or b) accept the low price the shares will drift to over the time he stays mum. He won't change his spots / learn , so you can forget a)

CM post 7376, the guy is a ramper and rumour spreader, working on the basis that if he ramps often enough he will be right one day. Then he will tell everyone how clever he was!
