This announcement today was in regard to a position held by SVS on behalf of Shumba which had never been settled - The liquidators Leonard Curtis had to "dispose" of the position

This and various other positions are being unravelled by the liquidators after calamitous trading by persons at SVS

Wrong again, Shumba ARE A LISTED COMPANY.
But listed on BSE. Do you know how liquid is BSE, in a country with population of 3% of UK's and maybe wealth much much less than that!

Wrong -12m shares.

If you had bothered to look at their q2 accounts out 2 weeks - you would have noticed it. But hey, why do any research

And I know why they have done it - just needed cash.

And I think they have now stopped - after the ML news

Shumba seems to have sold 10m of its holding. I would have thought they'd buy more at this price if they believed in Mabeseweka going ahead. Alternatively for a bigger holding to oust LC along with the other two of the Three Cabelleros ! Looks instead like they've lost interest.

And how are they going to pay for the licences and the cost of the mining and what are they going to do with the coal?Notice that none of them want to discuss how much monies is or isn't left in the bank? Or how much will need to be raised to move any of this forward? Or how? Just avoiding the issues.How much do they have to pay for these 4 ML and what are they going to do with them once they are given? At looking this they are running on bail out from a drawdown that they have to pay back in some way and they cannot currently raise a placing at this price so the question stands where is the monies coming from to make any movements ahead with any of these project?

Good point, but you need to have <1m shares to do it with stocks like KIBO. Won't work in my case

Market doesn't like what it's smelling it looks like and that's the need to raise for capital and how much are they needing to raise now? I'm sure YAKI will tell us what the terms of the placing was as they have announced market sensitive information here already this week?
