I didn't lose all my money here but is was misled here by people giving out advices and leading people along he garden path and you obvious do not know what is coming as other wise you would not be snarling at the suggestion of a share consolidation to raise the par value as I say with restructures there are more than one way to skin a cat you should maybe look at how companies on AIM do their business and maybe you will see then how the restructure will let them get a placing away but I guess you are too blinkered to see past your blind faith and under water position PMSL

YAKI I am more surprise you not know there are more than one way to skin a cat when it some to share consolidation and the new figure arriving at that value they can place at but of course you probably hear from your 'men on the ground' in Tanz or was that more misleading from you?

BT anyone can cut and paste you idiot but you are still missing the point you are just too dull to see what the reasons why they will consolidate but carry on blaming others for your failings.

chaps,
you can consolidate and keep the same nominal value, by using deferred shares (which are just for accounting reasons).

Eg, every 10 Kibo shares can be consolidated in 1 ordinary share with nominal value of 1.5c and 9 deferred shares with nominal value of 9x1.5c.

Deferred shares have no commercial or other value and are just accounting thing

I am surprised our resident "know it all" experts lurker and co haven't picked that up.

Lurker, no he wasn't and you know it.
Just for the simpleton;
A company has 1,000,000 ordinary 1p shares and is valued at £1,000, giving each share a value of 0.1p.  This may be seen as too low a price per share.  The company therefore completes a 1,000 for 1 share consolidation which reduces the number of shares to 1,000 and increases the nominal value and share price to £10 and £1 per share respectively.

'he got something very basic, very wrong'BT you just cannot see the obvious because you are too busy having tantrums when I have been right all along. You will see how they will get around this hurdle. Not much longer now.

Ignorance! You call ignorance to something you just cannot see as usual. You are missing the obvious UKN. How do they half the shares in issued and increase the sub par level where they can raise again? It is pretty simples even for someone as blinkered as you.

Chimp was merely saying that to raise cash the shares will have to be consolidated. Full Stop. That raises flags for experienced investors - "Oh Dear, Kibo in trouble again !" Caused the shares to halve even after the March 2013 consolidation, and will probably do the same again. Kibo's only alternative is to sink deeper in hock to the arch Aim Shylock, who will eventually dilute the shares once again. That's what I mean by 'Do the Maths' which the clappies over there don't seem to understand ! (as if that's new)

AimChimp the nominal value increases I.e consolidates also. AimChimp stop trying to excuse your ignorance, it doesn’t work, it’s there for all to see.

UKN you are very obviously lacking in something very important which is why you are still getting it wrong.Consolidate the shares and what does the par value do again?

Aim if you consolidate the shares then the nominal value consolidates also. BASIC STUFF, YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS. IDIOT.

I don't think it works that way AIMchimp.
If you do a share consolidation, say 10:1, you raise the par value by 10x
Least that's what i believe.

They can not raise at sub par value UKN you know this so how do you get around this problem like they did this previously by consolidating and raising the price above par value this is very basic stuff you are asking and you sure must know this?

Drip drip drip it's a sticky position to be in with so many projects being juggled and not much cash to keep the lights on how will they raise funding this time I wonder as it can't be a placing at this price without a consolidation?
