Lurker 5,Just been reading the LSE forum & at least I understand your stance more... Lurker 5'having invested quite heavily in Kibo's 'new' Mr Coetzee projects in 2012, but employed with no time to monitor said Mr Coetzee's performance, I lost a packet'That was a very different time to be invested in Kibo versus 2017 which will be transformational year in my view.Good to read you made back your money by the way which after all is why we are all here.A good weekend.

Guitarman there again we see evidencing of you failings. I not even a user on the LSE so you are wrong to say I am and have another name there! You expecting 43p to be the share price in maybe 3 or 5 years time I say that impossible if Magufuli does not given the licence and you can not know what the economics will be of the project until the financial close - what if Magufuli decide to take taxation at 50% even if he one day decides to offer the licences? Here one or two question for you.Why has Magufuli delayed the issue of licence? What is the current monies situation with the company and when will a placing come and how much will be needed? You say you have gold too? To that it easy answer."The initial placing is only enough to fund float costs, new company costs, and studies necessary to plan a mine start up. As already announced, there will be a later, larger fund raise, where past announcements by Kibo and Lake Victoria Goldfields for their now abandoned merger indicated at least another $5m for drilling and technical studies before any mine could be developed, and another $8m to start up the then mooted joint Imweru/Imwelo venture.Assuming that applies for Katoro, the further fund raise (assuming 6p) would add another 133m shares, further diluting Kibo's holding to 25% - its maximum share of profits once up and running provided no more funding. By then Kibo's own shares will have significantly expanded if its going to take any share of MCPP, so expect Kibo to offload all its Katoro to its own shareholders beforehand. Before that don't expect experienced investors to show much interest in what is a small low -grade operation . Instead, expect Kibo to 'offer' participation to its own shareholders. Sensible ones will politely decline. Part 2No wonder Doh!-fort has been trying to ramp a value for Imweru higher than will be in the prospectus (which the FCA requires to be 'fair') by using blatantly exorbitant 'in-ground' values. Its March report purports to base an Imweru value on the '$35.6/oz average' of a set of pre-production 'peer' miners. But these are all much more advanced and have almost all their finance, while the exceptionally large and high grade Hot Maden prospect distorts the average skywards. Not only that, all Doh!fort's 'peers' are much larger, have resources measured to a higher standard than Imweru which is 80% inferred, and have much better gold grades. Any mining analyst should know that price per gold ounce for an 'in-ground' resource declines sharply the smaller the resource and the lower the grade. Imweru is well below the bottom of Doh!-fort's chart, so a fair value would be under $20/oz - taking its own 'estimate' down to below even the $3.6m Opera/Katoro is paying. One wonders why Doh!fort is publishing such an unprofessional report unless it has been 'leaned' on to do so by someone desperate to get anyone to buy Katoro when listed. But on top there is the new uncertainty of the ban on exporting mine concentrate (for which Imweru probably was going to use Acacia - formerly Barrick) and which Magufuli wants treated in Tanz. Acacia has said volumes are uneconomic for it to process in Tanz and is talking of abandoning its gold operations there. If Acacia can't do it, how is Katoro's/Imweru's tiny low grade going to manage ? So another LC dream might bite the dust. That woud be five out of six on,y coal is left."It hard for y out to see for all the trees?

Lurker - before investing my own cash I certainly 'worked it out' - why don't you answer simple questions in reply to respected poster Sonic over on LSE? Doesn't sit with your agenda I would guess...

Aimchimp / lurker - don't quite get why you seem pleased with yourself for noticing my user name is Laguna on LSE as everyone here has a user name there too - however I don't create muti alias names depending on my trading position.Lurker my target of 43p (not 45p...) will be easily achievable in 3 - 5 years and easily exceeded in my view once the Power Plant extension is up to 'at least' 1000MW and beyond....Bonus we have gold too...One of us three is going to make serious money from Kibo Mining & that is the easy part that surely both of you can work out?Have a good weekend & enjoy your investment choice whatever it is in - yet clearly it is not in Kibo Mining.

Really pleased with today's RNS - it seems all the hard relationship building work done by LC has earned him top of the class... if he took shortcuts and chased thw quick buck we would be much less certain but I am more comfortable and confident than ever at the moment... really can't wait for FC and for the first spade into the ground!

Guitarman / Laguna it seem to me. Well then how is Coatee going to attract the investment monies for the mine yet alone to be the MCPP with Magufuli doing a good job of it to deter any international investments into a country moving towards inward investments monies and nationalisation with Coatee being surprised with this what he have as a back up plan? Now you say this of national importance but that not mean it of BENEFIT to the shareholders when Magufuli milk it for all he legally can and very frankly likely will. Maybe Coatee could have found investors before and he had not got around to this, now it will be struggle I think to find Ines which they will say are economic for the company AND SHAREHOLDERS. You live in a dream land Guitarman.

Guitarperson - (aka Head in 4Stars) Do you understand that a 45p share price means Kibo would be valued at £170m,even assuming no further shares issued to keep the lights on - let alone what will be needed to keep even a tiny share of MCPP ? Yet all it has now is a $20m coal mine and no income. Do tell us where the extra £150m is to come from. (Or do you have inside info that a Cullinan diamond is down there among the coal?)

Guitarman you think you are being clever here? Try to make me slip something up that you think you know. Well let me say you do not.I do not have or have had what you say is a position in this company, I do not "dismiss" positive view on the company but when someone opinion is presented as a FACT I will call this out for all to see, I am not here to talk to you of my financial situation but very good try, and no thing annoys me about LC as I am not attached emotionally to my investment like you very much so are.One day mr guitars you will ask the right questions, perhaps you should start with your "respected" poster sonic/Matt and ask them why indeed they may see fit to present what you say as fiction as fact. There is no proof, there it is untruths.Coatee say it all dealt with and fine to go ahead six months ago, now still no licence. Someone is lying. Who is it?

Aimchimp,If I'm honest something is niggling me about your take on my investment in Kibo Mining... I'm into well over £100K here and not considering selling until 43p. Won't bore you yet researched Kibo to death & uber convinced with my call.....At the back of my mind something hints that you don't at the moment own Kibo shares. Here's a couple of questions that might help investors understand your interest here & possibly help people 'get you' more? Did you ever own Kibo shares and sell at a loss? What motivates you to dismiss any view that is positive re Kibo considering this is the Kibo forum where investors are invested? What other top 3 shares would you / are you invested in as part of a balanced portfolio that you would recommend as an alternative to Kibo? What annoys you most about LC?Have a good weekend :)

Does what sound familiar? Certain I will say that sonic is clutching at straw by saying "with some of this" or "and when we get that" as none so of this is "nailed on" and the company without the licence will be in trouble. How is the monies position guitarman? When will placing come and what price. You make this about the people who have a different view to you and make personal sleight and comment, it not my fault I can see where the big problems are coming from, you just choosing to ignore them with blinded faith. That will lose you monies.

So guitarman can you tell why Coatee was telling you all six month ago that all licence was "imminent" and six month on still no licence? No licence no PPA no project no power and the lights will be going off.The new laws allow the state to renegotiate mining companies' agreements and take a nondilutable 16% free carried interest in mining companies. Royalties on exports have also been increased."While resource nationalism is not a new theme in the country, the nature, scale and manner of the recent changes have spooked the mining community and pose questions around the attractiveness of Tanzania's business environment," says Ronak Gopaldas, RMB's head of country risk.

Guitar man - you think you are cute with your comment here, suckling up sonic and advertising him as "respected poster" which is what you are said of him. When the monies placing comes here will you be asking this sonic why he did not predict this? Did Coatee not mention this to him? Look at the LSE and you can see this sonic for what he really is, talk of "numbers" is not anything relevance if the project does not go ahead, and now you cannot say anything accurately for financial closing as there are two many variance that can change in project of this nature. It is you that are the fool Guitar man, a fool easily led by those that you have very obvious two much faith in. You can easy loose it all.Maybe you need to read along "Nationalisation" yourself and learn something not just following the herds. How many more are selling out their shares next week without telling your group I wondered
