Mo,Great post and would only take a second for a new investor to read this board and grasp the motives of the uninvested de ramping variants of 'Detait' that inhabit here... quality research with a few exceptions including your good self is to be found over on the LSE board. The questions of cash call via loan / placing before TZ government get their act together...

I presume good ol' Kibo will be okay and survive under the new legislation.. may not be much going across the border but will be interesting to see terms of PPA..

More dilutive. Other projects have been put on the shelf or mothballed as you can see.Who is seller I wonder. They seem to not care what price. Perhaps this was at a price that allows them to sell at these price and still be e placingin profits?
