15/11/2019 07:22 | Some very good news around the UK gaming sector today, should be interesting to see how this effects kws. | mr euro
14/11/2019 21:34 | I haven't been able to find a link for the event. Perhaps they will put it up after the event. | mr euro
14/11/2019 14:22 | Had a look at the shorters table....Pathetic really all holding each others hands...they are relying on taking it in turns to sell 36,000 shares 0.1 percent of the company to move things down...This exact amount is repeated and often exactly one week apart. This can impact with no news and low turnover, self fulfilling. Of the 5 listed all of their last trades are now losing some by more than a million pounds. The tide is turning with buying volumes in the last week and any increase in volume buying from Montreal could swamp this tinpot trading | the white house
14/11/2019 11:41 | MM's wanting this stock and paying over the odds to get it. Must be a big buyer or shorters looking to close. | mr euro
14/11/2019 10:50 | Strong today...must be a big queue to the show | the white house
14/11/2019 07:07 | Big Capital Markets Day and site visit to the Montreal facility today - should help to stir up interest nicely: | rivaldo
13/11/2019 09:45 | Massive next year producing and testing new work for the launch of both new Playstations & Xbox in 12 months. Hence the expansion in 6 cities around the World, inc big move of testing into significantly bigger space in QRQ down here in Brighton | the white house
12/11/2019 23:57 | Bought first time today.. | idontflykathy
12/11/2019 15:59 | 3 big sales gone through pm swallowed by bigger buys and we move up....Tide is turningAdded | the white house
12/11/2019 13:57 | Well done for highlighting that last short position taken out......now GBP800k down in a week...scared to point that out are we!?and the other positions in Sept & Oct are all back near to break even with profits gone...all minnows by the look, no big players would get involved in this expanding company, in this high profile industry, the potential for the deals to get wiped out is huge...oh dear | the white house

12/11/2019 09:16 | I would argue any bad news has been factored in at these low levels. That said I believe they are going from strength to strength and these shorts (when closing) will rocket us towards £18-20 again. | mr euro
11/11/2019 08:26 | GLG have increased their short position from 0.71 to 0.81 Totals shorts over 0.5% is now 5.25% | greenrichard
08/11/2019 15:57 | Glad to see my larger SIPP holding back in the blue now and my new ISA holding up a few percent. | scooper72
08/11/2019 15:37 | Outrageous behaviour by the share price, up again, when only last week @150 points lower we were being told it was heading for 800....added | the white house
07/11/2019 13:38 | I agree with the sentiment of the article and at this valuation kws is very attractive. Those shorts will have to close at some stage, given the recent strength this could shoot back up to former levels very quickly when they look for the exit. | mr euro
07/11/2019 11:50 | Nice plug here for KWS as a share to hold for the next 5 years: "With that in mind, here are the three shares I would buy and hold for the next five, 10 and even 30 years and beyond. Five years Over this relatively short term, capital growth is more important than dividends, and you can aim to take advantage of a more immediate market or technology shift. This is why for the next five years, I would buy and hold technology firm Keyword Studios. Keyword develops tech and software predominantly for gaming, including online mega names such as Fortnite. With the upcoming implementation of 5G, online gaming is set to move even faster to mobile devices, likely vastly expanding the industry in a fairly short period of time. By supplying multiple firms, Keyword has a hedge against any one company or game failing, but is in prime position to take advantage of the industry growth over the next five years." | rivaldo
05/11/2019 13:56 | More focused on MTRO today as I have been sat in a hole on this but finally seems to be recovering. Only another 10% and I’ll be back to even! My research sometimes fails! | 1670127

05/11/2019 13:52 | I Agree. I think the 6 months through to end of year will be generally positive. I expect next year to be more challenging due to console refresh cycle, followed by an uptick after that. There are services that KWS have that I don’t have knowledge of, I.e design services and it is possible that they will generate additional revenues in support of the new platforms. | 1670127
05/11/2019 12:09 | The excellent Team17 news was RNSd yesterday, so was fresh news. I hadn't seen the Ubisoft news - it's not a quoted UK company - but after reading it, it seems to be almost wholly due to a particularly badly thought out single game (Breakpoint) which had lots of bugs etc rather than anything general. Indeed, Ubisoft's forecasts for next year are "bullish" due to their main new game sale dates falling into next year rather than this one. | rivaldo
05/11/2019 10:45 | You have an industry knowledge which is more than useful. The key is taking that knowledge and deciding on the appropriate rating. You can only wonder at the majority of brokers (other than Peel Hunt) who have consistently come up with pretty punchy share price targets.Quite apart from what may be described as the ‘specificsR Broker name View Closing price Old price target New price target Broker change 18-Sep-19 Liberum Capital Hold 1,213.00p - 1,700.00p Reiteration 18-Sep-19 Peel Hunt Limited Sell 1,213.00p 1,310.00p 1,210.00p Reiteration 31-Jul-19 Jefferies Buy 1,663.00p 1,916.00p 1,970.00p Reiteration 12-Jun-19 Peel Hunt Limited Hold 1,748.00p - 1,254.00p Reiteration 23-Apr-19 Peel Hunt Limited Hold 1,492.00p 1,254.00p 1,254.00p Reiteration 08-Apr-19 Berenberg Bank Buy 1,305.00p 1,550.00p 1,600.00p Reiteration 08-Apr-19 Jefferies Buy 1,305.00p - 1,916.00p Reiteration 08-Apr-19 Numis Buy 1,305.00p 1,580.00p 1,580.00p Reiteration 08-Apr-19 Liberum Capital Buy 1,305.00p 1,245.00p 1,415.00p Reiteration 19-Sep-18 Citigroup Buy 1,902.00p - 2,150.00p Reiteration 18-Sep-18 Numis Buy 1,894.00p - 2,420.00p Reiteration 20-Aug-18 Berenberg Bank Buy 1,812.00p 2,060.00p 2,150.00p Reiteration 15-Jun-18 Berenberg Bank Buy 1,866.00p 2,060.00p 2,060.00p | steeplejack
04/11/2019 17:51 | Any takeover has optimizations, especially at more senior levels, it's normal business. Bulletin boards are a forum to share all thoughts on a share. I'm not positive on kws, as you would guess, others are positive and that's thier opinion. These boards have little impact on share price but do, as has happened to me, get people enthused about a share, then lose their money. I try to balance some of the everything is wonderful with a touch more realism. | 1670127
04/11/2019 16:50 | Do you agree it's inevitable that some staff, when they are taken over, will be sacked as they are not the greatest talent (twice) and become bitter and post negative comments only? | the white house |
