10/4/2016 11:15 | Fairly modest targets from the recent chart patterns. | bamboo2
07/4/2016 12:17 | Reference as above, from the Edison Research note: We believe that Keywords is the largest dedicated video game technical services outsourcing company globally, by revenues and breadth of service offering. This scale provides a competitive advantage in what continues to be a very fragmented industry. Large multinational video game developers are increasingly rationalising their outsourcing partner lists and are looking for companies that can deliver an integrated offering at a high level across services and geographies. | saucepan
07/4/2016 12:08 | And an interview: It is fairly similar in content to the Proactive Investors interview, flagged yesterday, but there are some additional new nuggets of information. In particular, Andrew Day confirms that Keywords does indeed have a leadership position in the sector. There is no other competitor with its strengths and offering anything like the same range of services. I suspected that, but was not sure; now I am! | saucepan
07/4/2016 11:09 | Cheers Riv. | nurdin

07/4/2016 09:07 | Decent write up in the IC - don't think they've covered them before. | 2breakout
07/4/2016 08:28 | Worth noting that this evening is the BAFTA games awards. It is a show-case for the many British companies involved in the gaming industry and also highlights how fast-growing and important this industry has now become. Not sure if KWS are going to be represented there but i suspect they will be. | cfro
06/4/2016 15:34 | It is good to see the share price starting to wake up to recent developments and forward prospects. | saucepan
06/4/2016 09:18 | rivaldo: agreed. In the above referenced video, Andrew Day as good as said that would be the case. Very exciting times for a very exciting Company. | saucepan
06/4/2016 08:39 | Indeed - a nice in-fill, though I suspect there are more and bigger acquisitions coming soon. | rivaldo
06/4/2016 07:48 | Makes sense to buy the remaining 50% - for a good price too. | cfro
06/4/2016 07:16 | Another acquisition. Buying up the remaining 50% of Kite Team | soupdragon55
05/4/2016 12:10 | Today's Proactive video [Andrew Day impressive as always]: www.proactiveinvesto | saucepan
05/4/2016 10:10 | Pleased with these results, they sound quietly confident about this years prospects, there is a good chance that as happened last year the company statements become more robust culminating in another ahead trading update at some point imv. | interceptor2
05/4/2016 09:01 | Such a good corporate governance and clarity of reporting makes it a long term hold for me, so I have added to hold through all crisis in my spreadsheet, along side ABC HLMA BNZL | modform
05/4/2016 08:30 | Beautiful results. So much to like in these results. Much to look forward to this year too with more organic growth, the full integration of all the various acquisitions and more acquisitions on the horizon. | cfro
05/4/2016 07:59 | Yes excellent results.Cant add anything to what has already been said. The buying case is even more persuasive when you consider that the gaming market will exceed $100bn by 2017! | nurdin
05/4/2016 07:57 | One thing I noticed was the fx loss adjusted to 'normalise' profits0.5mThe global reach of business they have will inevitably give fx swingsI assume it was on translation of revenues and costs rather than on a debtor/ creditor | nfs
05/4/2016 07:48 | Very happy holder based on these results. Key numbers for me are - the increase in gross margin - the increase in cash generation from operating activities (before acquisitions) Now I need to sit down and work out the impact of the Euro rate moving. Good outlook and sector growing at 8%. More to come me thinks. 8-) | lanzarote666
05/4/2016 07:40 | Fabulous results and such clarity of reporting, making it really easy to understand the detail of the business, the progress being made and the exciting prospects looking forward. What a Company! A 'Key' long-term hold for me :-) | saucepan
05/4/2016 07:25 | Top-notch results today, nicely ahead of expectations (especially at current exchange rates of €1.25): - adjusted PBT of €6.4m compares to €6.1m forecast - EPS of 10.2p compares to 9.58p forecast - 1.21p divi is spot on the consensus forecast Plus KWS have around €13.5m cash to play with for more acquisitions after the recent one. Also interesting to see that the tax charge will reduce this year, further benefiting EPS. 2016 trading is going well. Very happy shareholder. | rivaldo
04/4/2016 08:55 | Thank for the link rivaldo, a very informative read, especially for someone like me who hasn't much of an understanding about this sector. With recent positive developments including a confident trading update and strategic acquisitions, tomorrow's full year results will make very interesting reading. | interceptor2
04/4/2016 08:34 | Good summary of where KWS currently are, including a little analyst comment as follows: Http ://www.proactiveinve "Revenues of around €55.5mln in 2015 are forecast to rise by almost a third to €73mln according to research house Edison. Profits are expected to rise from €8mln to €10.1mln over the same period. Edison said it earnings/share price rating is line with other companies doing similar, but Keywords has a much stronger outlook. Harold Evans, analyst at finnCap, expects more organic growth and strategic acquisitions to drive the company forward. At January 2016, the broker had a target price of 245p. In April, finnCap reiterated its 'buy' recommendation. " | rivaldo |
