13/4/2018 14:53 | I think KRS/CAI could do with a bit of hype! No point having a great asset if no one knows about it. | zhockey
13/4/2018 14:04 | I am glad Calidus are saying nothing about conglomerate gold. Novo's share price shows what happened as people started to turn towards the difficulty of measuring and sampling. Now they are asking how to mine it effectively. I own Novo indirectly through Kirkland Lake Gold and I am glad it is indirect ownership. Anyone who buys Calidus ought to be buying for conventional gold. They have enough on their hands with that. Let Novo et al. in the Pilbara sort out conglomerate gold over the next year or so. If it comes good then it will be a bonus when/if Calidus decide to turn their attention to it, if they haven't been bought out beforehand. I like the approach of steady-on-the-tiller DR and it sounds as though Mark Connelly has been brought on board to attract serious investment or purchasers. I wouldn't want to see the hype of Novo and Greatland Gold spoiling the pitch. | dunkelmann
13/4/2018 12:28 | Excellent news from Oz, completely ignored by the market. Also Novo seem back on track with the conglomerate story and Calidus' large conglomerate exposure has been forgotten. Management need to get on top of PR here and Togo should be at the forefront. Give shareholders a clear view and strategy timeline. | zhockey
13/4/2018 07:54 | Nice tick up again in Calidus shares overnight. | andinvestor1
12/4/2018 09:35 | It's a fantastic bit of news. I bought the shares in KRS 100% for the investment in Calidus taking a view of holding them for at least a year and if the price stays at this level for the next few weeks will add to my holding. Anyone who is taking a similar timescale should do very well in my opinion. I think that there are lots of shares / warrants at around the 0.5 mark but if the Calidus story keeps on improving nothing to worry about. | andinvestor1
12/4/2018 08:35 | A very real prospect of this project being between 1 to 1.5 million ounces! | wisteria2

10/4/2018 07:56 | Courtesy of 'The Vet' on Hot Copper BB...... Pilbara Playbook Calidus gets a honourable mention Valuation: In our view the Warrawoona gold project is worth A$150 - 200 million, or ~A$0.11 - 0.15/share Conclusion: An attractively valued, traditional project, with exploration upside www.hotcopper.com.au | andylee3
06/4/2018 15:42 | The 2 x 5.7m ish sells earlier is my bed and ISA going through | rec0very stock
05/4/2018 09:26 | More good news from CAI for the market to ignore. I was never particularly concerned about recoveries as the geology is pretty standard, however still reassuring to have it confirmed that capital and production costs will be low enough to generate a tasty NPV in a PFS. A lot more work to do of course and plenty of time and money to do it with. | rec0very stock
05/4/2018 07:53 | Booooooommm.... | joemillion
05/4/2018 07:51 | Well that's definitely positive as they work towards the feasibility study. Regards, Ed. | edgein
05/4/2018 07:22 | That's if CAI does not rerate prior. | zhockey
05/4/2018 07:12 | So KRS will end up having shares to the value of £16M in Calidus (which is double the current MCAP) when the pre-feasibility study is done.Nice | jarega85
30/3/2018 16:12 | and, There are no stupid questions in this game and you are right to ask about anything you are not completely clear on. This is one of the better BBs on ADVFN, where you will get a straight and sensible answer. Do not rely on that being the case on many other boards. One of the puzzles we were discussing at the AGM is why does it not matter how much good news CAI comes out with, nothing moves the KRS shareprice. I pointed out the only people who read their RNSs and listen to podcasts or visit the website are people who already hold. It is good to see a new investor joining us. In order to see the disconnect between KRS and CAI close there needs to be a lot more like you. It does amaze me how much selling is still going on at prices below the lowest placing price. I know people were encouraged to take part in placings by brokers who said sell the shares as soon as you like and get your money back and then sit on the warrants. The last placing that came with warrants was ages ago. Personally I am quite happy with the disconnect remaining. I have increased my holding substantially since the first performance shares were converted. In the new tax year I am going to bed and ISA as much of my holding as I can - the lower the price, the more I can stuff into my ISA. However at some point the company is going to have to raise money. If we are lucky it will be on the back of the Togo licence being awarded and all the money might be able to be raised at project level. However if the Togo situation just continues to drag on, then they will have to issue more shares and it would be much less painful if the disconnect had largely closed and they could sell the new shares to people who were actually interested in holding them rather than flipping them, hence why I am keen that ordinary shareholders get a look in via something like Primary Bid. They have certainly got the message about not doing any more warrants as placing sweeteners. Theoretically, if the disconnect were to close people might exercise the warrants that are out there already and that would provide the cash to keep going (£1m). However you do not exercise warrants well ahead of expiry, unless you are going to then sell the shares so it is a double edged sword. | rec0very stock
30/3/2018 13:32 | Thank you. I was alerted to KRS by a very good broker that I use. They flagged the value of the AU shares and then I also did some research and felt that it offered a really good opportunity despite some negative sentiment to the stock. I am planning to add more over the coming weeks and see it is a good holding to go alongside the other stocks I currently hold. Thank you. | andinvestor1
30/3/2018 11:35 | and, The second tranche of performance shares (the first having already been converted about 12 months ahead of expiry) are due for conversion into ordinary shares on production of a viable Preliminary Feasibility Study they expire if this is not complete by Jun 2020. The current programme has them drilling all 2018 and starting the PFS towards the end of 2018. I therefore expect the PFS to be on the streets around Jun 19 ie just about when all the KRS owned CAI shares come out of escrow and we get them distributed to us. See post 1396 for the risk reward balance. If I may ask what made you buy KRS in the first place and what put you on to it? | rec0very stock
30/3/2018 07:33 | “Our current 458m shares in Calidus are valued at £10.7 million, increasing to £16.9 million when the additional 265m Performance shares are included.” Could anyone advise what the terms / timescales are with the performance shares? Sorry but I have only started building a position here and looking to understand everything as best I can. | andinvestor1
29/3/2018 17:07 | Not to shabby a day for the shares anyway.. the ever looming probability of a large increase in the value of calidus should come to krs! gla holders | wisteria2 |
