20/3/2018 07:57 | Dave Reeves interview.... www.finnewsnetwork.c | andylee3
19/3/2018 20:04 | It's quite ironic we are talking about a new thread when there's only about four people posting. FWIT my view is that the title and contents of a BB have absolutely no impact on the fortunes of the subject. | zhockey
15/3/2018 01:03 | I had thought of that, but as the new kid on the block, I didn't want to tread on anyone's toes. I'll have a look at what to do in the next few days. | dunkelmann
14/3/2018 19:43 | I like the header, apart from the visitors bit, it tells me what I want to know at a glance. dunkleman, Set up a new thread, anyone can do it. Put in POG graph, if you can do US$ and A$ that would be great and CAI shareprice graph with the normal graphs and links to latest KRS and CAI presentations and see how it goes. | rec0very stock
14/3/2018 10:32 | I think a new thread would be a good idea. This is a rejuvenated company and I do not think anything before say Spring last year is relevant any more. I see on BBs, people carrying a lot of baggage that is not helpful. For example on LSE for KRS, I've seen embittered posters complaining about how bad this company is because they bought years ago and are now down xx%. (It begs the question, why didn't they sell using a stop loss, and move on elsewhere.) With respect to KRS, we need to be discussing how we are going forward. Hoping for feedback here and LSE on my valuation model, I intend to move it forward based on *current* knowledge. E.g., I am adding in information from the Annual Report and AGM notice, such as liabilities of 357,000 UKP and intangibles of 1,164,000 UKP (i.e. the Togo assets). I am thinking that we are going to get diluted by 600 million shares (see AGM Notice) probably at a lowest price of 0.35 pence. So for me, with now 25,650,000 shares, I care about the directors, the debt, the assets (Australia, Togo), the dilution, the in-specie distribution, the escrow period. I think referring back to past history such as iron ore, old group companies, Ferrex, pre-2017 events etc. is confusing to the newer shareholders and irrelevant. Let's have a clean, shiny, new start and copy over the best posts to a new thread with a simpler title. | dunkelmann
14/3/2018 09:55 | At least the seller is not willing to sell below 0.33p, but has been dumping on any good news. | modform
14/3/2018 08:55 | novice - thanks for your comment. I didn't know ADVFN won't allow headers to be amended. Thanks for setting up the thread in the first place. | alan@bj
14/3/2018 07:52 | Recovery Stock. Instead of scrolling down from header to get to the posts click on skip header - saves a lot of hassle. | 4sta
14/3/2018 07:21 | I like this thread because there is no long preamble to scroll down each time, but POG and CAI charts are there. If the visitors bit were remove and replaced with POG in A$ that would be perfect. The title is neither here nor there and actually serves as a reminder of the frustrations we have faced. | rec0very stock
13/3/2018 18:35 | alan@bj, regarding your #1418 I 100% agree, unfortunately ADVFN does not allow for any edits of the thread titles, so the only option would be to set up a new thread. But I am reluctant to do that right now actually.. I think especially the last few weeks contributions on here have been fantastic and a new thread would risk that a lot of this valuable info would fall by the wayside, in particular for any new potential investors looking into KRS. | novicetrade68
12/3/2018 22:17 | Nag, nag, nag.....but at least it does get answers. My question today to Mr Reeves.... "Morning Dave, I think you probably expected this email ;-) So can we deduce, now that Russell has been appointed CEO of Keras, that the license is imminent? Thank you in advance for your well structured answer." The response.... "Andy, there are various things that we have been working on to get to the point of announcement. I think it highly unlikely we would have put in a CEO if there was nothing going to happen at Keras!" Regards Dave | andylee3
12/3/2018 19:36 | the form indicated more of an even book when i checked earlier. | bumpa33
12/3/2018 19:33 | Someone still keen to offload - Dr not buying KRS but prefers CAI which is on paper a far more expensive route to benefit from CAI. All rather odd... | yasx
12/3/2018 17:39 | The header on this thread is looking a bit dated. Maybe time to delete "in 2016"? | alan@bj
12/3/2018 17:02 | I think the subliminal message in the RNS was supposed to be "things are going to start hotting up in Africa for KRS". DR is focussed on Aussie Gold but we have Russell with plenty of Africa experience and contacts to take that side forward. Russell is up for re-election at the AGM and I will make him sing for his supper. DR is still a non-exec so would have to announce if he sold any, not that he would anyway as he wants the CAI shares in Jun 19 as much as we do. | rec0very stock
12/3/2018 10:23 | new non-exec chairman Mark Connelly - a (big) merger and acquisition specialist - for Calidus and now Dave Reeves moving over full time - would rather indicate things hotting up over there. | bumpa33
12/3/2018 07:30 | Calidus article.... www.thewest.com.au/b | andylee3
12/3/2018 07:22 | not sure you're fully aware of the relationship between Reeves, KRS and CAI. | bumpa33
12/3/2018 07:14 | Reeves has a sizable holding in KRS which he will probably start to dump at least some. Conjecture of course, but wouldn't surprise me | the deacon
11/3/2018 19:42 | thank you for your reply recovery stock,as you well know manganese is a part of the food chain ! and the population is expanding plus the use for green energy, then the manganese price will rise due to demand outs striping supply,at present minerals are on the move due to the lull in production from previous low prices, but quite rightly so i agree with your perception, | dreamtwister
11/3/2018 14:32 | dreamtwister, All commodities go in cycles, it seems to be Mn's turn for a bull run. KRS could be supplying 9 months from award of licence. Last year at the AGM they mentioned that they were having offtake discussions in Togo with a Spanish company. Obviously those went nowhere because of the lack of licence. It is all down to whether the Togo Govt can get its act together and start running the country for the benefit of its people. Not looking hopeful at the moment though. I do agree though that if you are looking for an Mn play KRS is not it. You want a company that is either producing already and ramping up production to take advantage of the improved price or just about to go into production. KRS is all about Calidus Gold, the Togo Mn would be a great bonus, if it happens sometime before the Mn cycle turns down again. | rec0very stock
10/3/2018 11:36 | after scouting for manganese aim listed miners looked at krs & rrr, manganese is in shortfall and price`s due to rise, shame krs will not be part of the demand for the commodity in cricital supply as for rrr i think they will sell back to jupiter mines. not a pump/dump as i thought poster would be interested on whats going on with manganese. i hope krs do come to terms with their license........ atb | dreamtwister
08/3/2018 10:21 | Not really any news in the RNS beyond what was in the presentation. Edit. Actually th Calidus PDF has a lot of detail. | zhockey
08/3/2018 08:51 | Recovery stock. Thankyou for taking the time and trouble to explain that. Thanks for sharing your detailed analysis and thoughts also. | 4sta |
