27/9/2017 08:33 | "At the Placement price these shares would have a value of A$29.67m, approximately £17.4m, compared with Keras market capitalisation of £8.23m." How ever you look at it KRS are as cheap as chips! | cpap man

27/9/2017 08:29 | DR mentions in the other announcement the placing was three times oversubscribed, that's quite impressive given that some stocks in Australia are permanently dead ducks. | novicetrade68

26/9/2017 23:12 | Novo Resources, the Canadian-listed company that has sparked a gold exploration frenzy in the Pilbara, will take a cornerstone position in regional explorer Calidus Resources. Calidus is trying to raise between $8 million and $10m at 4.1c a share, a 12.8 per cent discount to its last traded price. Hartleys is the lead manager to the raising and Bell Potter is co-manager. Novo has committed to take up $1.5m of the placement, further entrenching the ties between the two after they earlier struck a joint venture over exploration ground in the Pilbara. Novo has been one of the most talked-about stories in the mining world in the past few months as it continues to pull big nuggets of gold out of its Pilbara ground. Its shares have soared from C81c in July to a high of $C6.50, taking its market capitalisation $C841.9m ($857.9m). | andylee3
26/9/2017 08:21 | Here's another from a Hot Copper poster on the CAI funds raise.... "Sophi placement on the way Raising $8mill at 4.1c. Hartley's is broker doing the raise." Thought it was worth sharing but can't verify how accurate it is. | andylee3
26/9/2017 08:11 | Temmujin, I think you need to state that the particular 'quote' you've posted was from a poster on the Oz BB 'Hot Copper'. | andylee3

25/9/2017 14:35 | So either KRS will get diluted....or we need to raise funds to take part in the capital raising for CAI? Thoughts? Hmm, well if Nayega is another none starter that will make it two, first it was the IO. Plus, if Togo are not going to give the green light on Nayega why the hell are we bothering to do any exploration for cobalt there? The cobalt sounds like pie in the sky just a 'buzz' word to keep us PI's dangling. | the count of monte_cristo
25/9/2017 10:00 | I wouldn't be so sure on that anymore Count. I was of a similar view to you but I get the feeling DR is concentrating efforts on Calidus activity and I believe they could be sitting on a monster (ramp over). I did my usual nagging question of "where's the Togo license Dave?", this was his answer.... Andy "I hear you, lets give it just a little more time as there is plenty happening, if no go, then we can go public with our thoughts and move on to something we can control. Keep in mind, with 735m shares in Calidus we will have 1p of value alone at current prices so a good platform to rebuild from." Cheers Dave I notice they suspended trading today over in Oz, pending notification of funding deal. I may be wrong but I get the feeling that deal will be a good one. I always thought Togo WAS a deal breaker, but I have to say, I no longer feel that this is the case. All IMO of course. | andylee3
24/9/2017 08:05 | Of general interest. | the count of monte_cristo
20/9/2017 15:09 | Until the Nayega license is sorted this isn't going anywhere (: | the count of monte_cristo
20/9/2017 09:32 | Wow, what an extension for just 20m CAI shares and $2mAU over 3 years from CAI. They've now got the bulk of these high grade areas under licence. Good work Dave, keep it up. Also love the confidence, "once" we get the Inferred up to 500k Oz, no if when, maybe etc. Regards, Ed. | edgein |
