12/9/2017 09:32 | check me sums earlier I posted the KRS price is in line with the CAI price...untill the other African stuff happens the share price is correct or slightly over the equivalent investment in CAI...nothing unusual do your maths...CAI has to go higher first imho, dyor, nag (sorry I am a long term holder just being honest) | seagreen

07/9/2017 12:03 | Awful day for the share price today. | the count of monte_cristo
07/9/2017 02:15 | If that is the case it is more likely that Cai share price would go down and maybe we would have a small increase If Cai real value is true soon this will catch up anyway Let not forget Cai is a new company and generally there is a good feeling when it gold on the first hole | jovi1
06/9/2017 16:46 | Guess KRS (or shareholders) need to educate them on KRS if that's the case The Count. Personally I haven't looked in on HC but is anyone able to post there do you know? | alwaysevolving
06/9/2017 16:03 | Good points. My view from reading the HC bb, is that they aren't really aware of KRS, I summarise this from the fact that KRS are virtually never mentioned in the HC CAI posts. | the count of monte_cristo
06/9/2017 15:30 | Possibly because they see CAI stock as rising and KRS stock pretty much static? Possibly the % ownership putting them off too? There is a big perceived difference between what we do own and what we might own if and when the said benchmarks are hit? Just MO | alwaysevolving
06/9/2017 15:07 | I don't understand why the Aussies haven't cotton on to the fact that they could gain cheap exposure through purchasing KRS stock, rather than chase the CAI stock higher why aren't they hedging their bets a bit and purchasing KRS. Maybe they aren't aware of the stock? Maybe they aren't aware of the increase in % ownership once certain benchmarks have been hit? Maybe it's to difficult to buy stock on AIM for an Aussie? | the count of monte_cristo
06/9/2017 13:01 | As soon as the price rises, the seller arrives, there can't be any placing shares around , can it | modform

02/9/2017 09:43 | JLP were waiting over 4 years to get their platinum mining licence issued. That was in a different country (South Africa) granted but point being they do seem to like to take their sweet time issuing mining rights on that continent. JLP did get it issued in the end, around 24 months after the BOD told shareholders it was "immanent" which is what they had been told by the issuing body apparently. More patience required on this one I'm afraid but I have no doubt it will be issued at some stage. It's the rising POG that SHOULD lift this in the short to medium term as I think it has much further to rise this year and next. All IMO. | alwaysevolving
02/9/2017 09:24 | Count, I have no more info that would help me assess the likelihood of Togo awarding the licence than you. The government has made many promises over many years, but none have been kept. All we can do is keep on waiting for Godot. I see no point wasting what little cash the company does have exploring for Cobalt in a country that cannot be relied upon to follow through with a production licence, if we do find a commercial deposit. All the while the clock is ticking down to when KRS needs to do another placing to meet ongoing PLC admin costs. | rec0very stock
02/9/2017 07:58 | Thanks RS. What is your view on the Nayega license, do you think we will receive positive news on this during Q3? We have now been waiting for 3 years (: What on earth are the Togo Ministry of Mines doing, are they completely incompetent or just corrupt?...or both. | the count of monte_cristo
01/9/2017 21:23 | There are 730,266,035 fully paid ordinary CAI shares currently issued. However only 402,706,035 are currently tradable, as the rest are in Escrow. The FT link seagreen has used is a day behind and is using the tradable number of shares and is therefore completely wrong. CAI's market cap based on Friday's closing mid price of 4.25c is A$31,036,306.49. On a fully diluted basis ie when all KRS performance shares are issued and all current options are exercised (if CAI delivers all will be exercised at some point - some are already being exercised) there will be 1,423,766,035 ordinary shares in issue. So the fully diluted market cap based on Friday's closing mid is A$60,510,056.49 - hence why I said in my previous post that CAI shareprice had got a bit ahead of itself. When all shares are issued, KRS will have 723,750,000 CAI shares, which is 50.83% ie A$30,759,375 or £18,917,205 based on Friday's closing mid. Even allowing for the inevitable dilution to KRS from future placings, it is clear that there is a significant disparity in the way ASX and AIM are valuing Calidus and KRS's stake in Calidus respectively. | rec0very stock
01/9/2017 17:03 | Seagreen, To convert from AUD to GBP you need to divide by 1.63, not multiply by it. Do not forget to factor in the dilution already built in by the performance shares and the various options. Hopefully, in about 12 to 18 months, there will be a positive PFS with a resource of 1MOz and KRS will have all its performance shares converted to ordinary shares. If you value the gold in the ground at AUD50 per Oz (what DR says is about right for what will still be and exploration project with a DFS still to do and significant capital raising thereafter to move into development) that gives an MCap of AUD50M, which seems about right for a project at that stage with a potential NPV of around AUD250M. I cannot remember the exact number of CAI shares when fully diluted, but it is about 1.5Bn. Which indicates that CAI share price has got a bit ahead of itself. Yet again the small rise has been sold into so all that has really happened today is a widening of the spread. | rec0very stock
01/9/2017 16:17 | Seagreen, many thanks. | the count of monte_cristo
