05/10/2020 09:47 | I wish they'd stop bandying around my outdated and misleading numbers. Lots of value here, but those numbers are inaccurate and misleading. | markyess

01/10/2020 08:50 | Skipper, Thank you for the link in your post. She does look as if she will get on the EP for KRS and very soon. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
30/9/2020 22:42 | I couldn’t get the twitter link to work but I found this article about the new PM: and it seems that she is pretty experienced in Government with a focus on youth unemployment and tackling poverty. Giving KRS the go ahead for its operations would be an ideal way to hit the ground running in support of those objectives. | the skipper
29/9/2020 14:50 | I've just realised. Apologies yes, she. First appointed woman prime minister and congratulations to her! | flashheart
29/9/2020 14:20 | She, you mean! | zhockey
29/9/2020 14:12 | Great news, was probably the reason they extended the visit so they could meet and sign off. Fingers crossed | mcrudden
29/9/2020 13:39 | Nice and quick although he was probably already 'primed' to slot in. Onwards and upwards from here then. | flashheart
29/9/2020 13:38 | New PM appointed in Togo.... | andylee3
28/9/2020 07:56 | Well I don't think they would send the whole team over there to start siting water boreholes for full production if they weren't going to be starting production in the near term. We don't know yet, the PM and mining minister may have done their role last week. Sounds like KRS were aware of the situation before travelling there. We'll no doubt hear on their return what this significant progress has been. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/9/2020 07:56 | I think it was realistically always going to be business as usual. Good of the company to RNS to clarify as you will always get a few taking the opportunity to scare monger if they can. | flashheart
28/9/2020 07:52 | Mark, Looks that way, its been anticipated since Feb according to today's news. Sounds like they're making progress in Togo at last. "The change in government is a procedural process and the Directors do not expect it to impact or undermine the significant progress that has been made in both Lomé and at the Nayéga Manganese Project. Management will remain in Togo for the rest of the week and the Company looks forward to updating shareholders in the near term with developments." We'll be looking forward to read about these developments very much, hopefully the last action of the PM was to pass the licence on to the president. We'll find out in the near term. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/9/2020 07:50 | “Significant progress” Sounds promising | zhockey
28/9/2020 07:47 | Today's RNS may as well have read, 'for goodness sake, chill your boots, we all knew this was coming, and it's irrelevant to what we've been doing, we push on'. | markyess
26/9/2020 22:03 | I've emailed to ask if this has come as a surprise and had no response... Make of that what you will. | snotham
26/9/2020 21:57 | If Keras were not cognisant of the political situation, it would be quite some oversight. I’d give Russell benefit of the doubt. | zhockey
26/9/2020 21:54 | Managing the fallout from the coronavirus outbreak delayed the appointment of a new cabinet, which is now expected to happen within a few weeks at most, a government spokeswoman said in response to questions. Bloomberg | zhockey
26/9/2020 21:31 | Well even if so it’s not the end of the world. Just another delay to suck up. | zhockey
26/9/2020 21:22 | Have to concur with this view, as painful as it is. | snotham
26/9/2020 21:20 | RS, so you believe that this will have totally blind sided Russell and they’ll be on the next plane home? | zhockey
26/9/2020 19:15 | I don't think you guys really appreciate how things work in Africa or more correctly don't work in Africa - why do you think they have all the starving children etc? It has been so well planned and anticipated that Russell has just spent the last week or so talking to people who now no longer matter. "The presidency did not say when a new prime minister would be appointed." Clearly he has not got someone lined up. Once there is someone there will then need to be all the other appointments. I doubt the new people will have signing the permit on the top of their list of things to do. No one is more gutted about this than me, but I have been here so many times before, not just with KRS but with other activities in Africa. Let's not forget that when the decree was signed the initial expectation was the permit would follow before Christmas. I remain convinced we will get a permit before Christmas, just not sure which year! | rec0very stock |
