The market will recognise the significance of today's news in due course. The highly experienced management here have run multiple mines and wouldn't up DC production without necessity. Also of more significance is that FRX/KRS haven't carried out any exploration around Nayega in the 6 years or so that I've been here, just the work on the trial mining and facilities in place. So for them to step up expo to prove up more Mn in this area is very +ve, a clear indication that they believe the ML is close and its worth increasing possible mine life further. Its not as if they need more tonnage to get Nayega up and running its 14Mt+. That'll also provide additional news flow as they get assays for the new trenching or drilling that they carry out. Also the ML is likely to dislodge the DFS and SS (DFS was due to be released when I first invested in FRX). The DFS and SS are likely to show us the true worth of KRS, exciting times ahead as its been a little quiet since they floated off CAI (apart from Utah that is).

Regards,
Ed.

Magnificent RNS ... I think the current 10% rise in share price is only the start, and the significance of the RNS has not quite been acknowledged by the masses yet.

Daily rises up to the 10th Sept ;-)

GD looks like we may be sharing a bottle of champers in the not too distant future ;-)

Thats a superb update. First phosphate delivery in Utah. Plant improvements and massive capacity increase "Year 1 ROM production to increase by 50% to 7,500 short tons to ensure that product is available through the winter". Togo management on site next week and recommences on the exploration target "Exploration at Ogaro prospect will recommence on 7 September". Management will also likely finalise the production permit "trip to Lomé commencing on 10 September. I will be leading the Keras management team, which will meet key government officials to agree a way forward to production at Nayéga."

RS,

Yes its in everyone's best interest to get this mine to full production and start planning for phase II. Hopefully as you say it'll be a short road map with a clear date set for ML. To see them active again on both assets, including exploration around Nayega is very +ve. Things about to move at last it seems.

Ed.

"In addition, management will be travelling to Lomé, the capital of the Republic of Togo, on 10 September to meet with government officials and local authorities. It is expected that during these meetings, a roadmap to production will be agreed which will ensure that the necessary procedures and permissions are in place to create a safe work environment at Nay é ga when the Exploitation Permit is granted."

Hopefully this road map will be for a very short route to the permit. Further I hope it is just to cover the embarrassment of the Togo govt for having wasted so much time already when employment could have been provided to the region.

Well fellas it looks like we're active again!

Management trip to Togo planned for 10 September
Exploration at Ogaro prospect will recommence on 7 September

Activity on both core assets, not only are they increasing production 50% at Utah ahead of the winter but also drilling close to Nayega and most importantly a management trip on the 10th Sept. Nayega about to shift, would you plan drilling a possible satellite deposit without an indication of ML? :) Has El presidente got a new pen?

Ed.

Trade,

Its time you took a closer look at Nayega, its like Utah on steroids. Its circa 12-14% Mn and at its deepest its about 4m, yes 4m. You cannot get a more surface deposit than this with super grades. Its gonna be a cash cow even with the low of the Mn price cycle again. Mn tends to go on runs from about $3-7/Mtu, KRS say they can produce the stuff for around $2.20. We've been waiting about 5-6 years for the DFS for Nayega which was to be released with funding news and the ML back in 2014/15 and also a scoping study was done around the end of last year for the phase II manganese sulphate plant. So DFS and SS both likely to emerge after the issue of the ML. Plant is there ready to start around 70,000tn per year of Mn concentrate (plans to increase that to 300k tn pa at low cost). Its a company maker to KRS in possibly faster time frame to USA if El Presidente gets his pen out and signs the ML. So its ready to rip once the ml comes out, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Regards,
Ed.

There will be genuine new comers (I include myself in that) who have come in on the back of the Utah acquisition that don't know a lot about Nayega, its certainly not in the price.

Newtoaim please take your personal beef elsewhere.

Not sure if anyone is able to moderate here.

Newtoaim

As much as the ramping is unhelpful, I'd suggest that your opinion is equally, if not, more ill informed.

Do some research.

Markyess, which figures are you referring to and which are the most up to date?

Please clarify, thanks.

(Nayega's just one permit away from moving into cash flow so will be useful to new faces looking in/freshly positioned to get a good look through on the numbers there).

Mark,

Well as they say all publicity is good publicity as it might cause some to come in and actually look at the assets here and see how cheap we are for the assets in Utah and Togo. Should Nayega be completely priced out of the company until the ml, that seems the way these days rather than have market caps that reflect the assets. At the moment I would say these are cheap on the USA asset and Togo not in the price at all. I would imagine that some speculators would move in on days like this when there's some momentum with the view that Togo may eventually be priced in here (especially if/when they land the ml). Good to see all the new faces. In my book its still a hold for divis no matter how much it re-rates on the back of current assets.

Regards,
Ed.

This sort of thing is common nowadays on social media but at least it does bring KRS back into the spot light once again plus demonstrate just how undervalued currently that KRS indeed are!

I had a look through Twitter and it is a blatant pump.

Some of the numbers they are pumping out there are misleading as they are outdated and eminently flawed. I know this as the numbers are mine - and have been subjected to a major revision inside of the last 6 weeks.

We still have enormous upside and are deeply unloved currently, but today's actions from the Twitterati are embarrassing.
