The guys on Hotcopper are disappointed with the news however looks good to me. Coronation is another 250m extension to the shear resource. 9g/t gold at 450m is encouraging as it means the open pit veins keep going down below 150m.

Yes NT, would could be seeing some arbitrage here. Sell CAI at 1 and buyback via KRS at .5

Looks like the common 'tree shake' going on in Oz with CAI.

Often occurs before news, they drop the price to scare holders into selling, often to fill large buy orders for people in the know!

Then when news breaks, up she goes.

I wonder if there's an inverse relationship with CAI, they're now going down, we're going up.

Results passed...Directors no longer in a 'close' period...

Brilliant statement of commitment...

There's been a seller in the background dumping on any good news, this has hopefully cleared the overhang

... and the share price doesn't move for that volume. Bet if punters bought that in a day we would get a spike.

Something coming methinks.

ASX shares can be held in ISAs, you may need to swap to a decent broker if they do not trade ASX. I held loads of ASX shares in ISA, indeed before AIM shares were allowed to be held dual listed AIM / ASX shares could be held. The only thing I could not hold in the ISA were some tradable options I got with a rights issue.

If you do not have any foreign shares at the moment then you will need to fill in a tax form WBEN10 which your broker should provide.

4sta, dunk, GB90,

Cheers for the info fellas, so it seems to be a broker thing than a new ISA rule then. My broker hasn't had any issue with TSX holdings in the ISA etc in the past, so ASX should be ok too. I've only ever traded ASX listed in my nominee acc only.

Regards,
Ed.

GB904150, indeed that might be possible. HL may also be able to sell them for their client KRS shareholders and deliver the proceeds to the appropriate accounts.

Or KRS may sell them and make a special cash dividend/distribution rather than an in specie distribution.

The most significant thing in this for me was not the Calidus' value (anyone reading my valuation posts will have known that ages ago) but the fact that they were looking at how to transfer that value to shareholders.

I emailed David Reeves last year regarding this where he did make the right noises. Owning 1.2% of the company in SIPPs and ISAs in Hargreaves Lansdown, who don't deal in ASX shares means I could have a CG Tax problem if I have to put my Calidus shares in an account that incurs tax on gains.
