25/5/2018 09:51 | I'm no expert Edgein but it is my understanding that many investment Isa's do not allow the holding of foreign listed shares. I trade with Halifax and although they do trade on some foreign listed markets, the ASX is not one of them. From what I have read on the LSE chat boards in the past, this was going to be a problem for many, hence Dave having been e-mailed on many occasions and the reassurance in todays RNS that they are working on a solution for us. Think it depends on who you are with. Hope this helps. If in doubt I suggest you phone your brokers and check which foreign listed markets they trade on. | 4sta
25/5/2018 09:07 | 4sta, Can ASX shares not be included in ISA's? I've not bought anything on the ASX for years, more down to the unsuitable market hours for trading. So if we've KRS in an ISA will the Calidus shares be transferred automatically to Nominee accounts? I was hoping to get my future Calidus divis through my ISA. :) Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/5/2018 08:55 | Finally nice to wake up to some good news let's see if the seller has cleared now and stop dumping on good news. | modform
25/5/2018 08:45 | 19 million volume......big day ahead imo. | the_fiddler
25/5/2018 08:39 | Small sells out the way and watch this one hit 0.7 as per the comments in the RNS. You heard it here first. | the_fiddler
25/5/2018 08:36 | The Company's £15.85m carrying value for its interest in Calidus equates to a share price of approximately 0.7GBp, compared to the Company's market capitalisation of £7.01m as at 24 May 2018, which represents an upside potential of approximately 126%. BAGGING TODAY ONCE PEOPLE READ THE RNS. | the_fiddler
25/5/2018 08:34 | At last some really good news. Sounds like we'll finally soon get the licence for Togo, and they're working on getting it up and running without the need to dilute us. Also good news on the fact they're working on how to efficiently get the Calidus shares to us. I wrote to Dave some time ago regarding the awkward situation of holding Keras shares within an ISA and the fact that ASX shares could not be held within the same umbrella and he replied that many others had contacted him with the same concerns and that they were already working on a solution for us. Sounds like he is good to his word. Hopefully some news on that soon too. | 4sta
25/5/2018 07:46 | Nice noises on Togo in the interims, let's hope for some traction. | zhockey
25/5/2018 07:44 | Sounds like a very plausible possibility Recovery Stock. Let's hope it sorts itself out soon and we can head back to a more justifiable share price. Certainly plenty of buying interest at this price. | 4sta
24/5/2018 22:06 | Speculation about a placing was wrong, there is no way a Co can switch Nomad and broker mid placing. I am not saying there won't be a placing, Indeed I have been saying that there will almost certainly be one, but not yet and hopefully ordinary shareholders will get a chance to take part via Primary Bid / Teathers app etc. What I think is going on with the share price is related to the Beaufort administration. As Beaufort were corporate brokers to KRS for a number of placings it is highly likely that Beaufort clients has quite a few KRS shares in their accounts and these are now being sold to pay administrators' fees. | rec0very stock

24/5/2018 07:42 | Can only assume it's trading ahead of the placing. | zhockey
24/5/2018 07:39 | Anybody have the slightest idea what all those late trades were yesterday? Looks like two big sells followed by four big / bigger buys - bed and isa's maybe? All this obscurity shouldn't be allowed. | 4sta
23/5/2018 14:02 | In for another 475K for me. | andylee3
23/5/2018 12:08 | In for another million at 0.32p. | dunkelmann
23/5/2018 11:57 | The Special Resolution at the AGM allows for issue of shares with a maximum nominal value of £600,000.  Assumptions 1. Keras' share price 0.3p 2. New issue price 0.3p 3. New shares issued 6,000,000,000 4. Keras' debt £347,000 5. Togo Value £0 6. Calidus' share price AUD 0.41 7. Next (last) tranche of Calidus bonus shares are excluded 8. Exchange Rates AUD To GBP 0.564 USD To AUD 1.326 USD To GBP 0.784 Nominal Value Market Cap. £6,785,400 Capital Raised £1,800,000 Market Cap. plus Capital Raised less Debt £8,238,400 Actual Value Value of Keras' current Calidus shares £10,599,464 Capital Raised plus Togo value plus Calidus value less debt £12,052,464 Value per share post issue 0.42p. So an issue at 0.3p would be a bargain. Also they are allowing for a rights issue, albeit that might only be a small part of the total issue. (Cross posted to LSE) | dunkelmann
23/5/2018 11:22 | Alternatively, it could be a new project to keep our new CEO busy, or doing some exploration work on the cobalt prospects would be nice too, but guess they would need some more money for that. | novicetrade68
23/5/2018 10:35 | Ya the bid has conviently settled at .3p :) Well if the placing funds are need to advance Togo then it's a great opportunity . | zhockey
23/5/2018 09:41 | Well, it’s certainly not dropping this hard for no reason. As usual we will be the last to know about it! This take down has placing written all over it IMO. | alwaysevolving
23/5/2018 09:39 | Considering Calidus hasn't sold off then I guess it can only be one of two factors: 1. Placing 2. Pulling out of Togo | zhockey
23/5/2018 09:35 | zhockey, it looks as though you might be right. Let's just get it over with and I will be buying more. | dunkelmann
23/5/2018 08:20 | Sell volume coming from somewhere. | zhockey
23/5/2018 08:05 | Well that's me in for another 471K at 0.3475. Happy days! | andylee3
23/5/2018 08:03 | Just trying to explain the drop, | zhockey |
