More very good grades and intersects, not too deep yet either. Lots of high grade discoveries getting proven up. With the resource update expected this year, not much of the year remaining.

Ed.

Well someone paid almost 0.7p for 1m shares.There is a persistent seller around who drip feeds on every good news, otherwise we would have been well north of current share price

Just looked at PPT. slides 22 and 23 of Calidus Resources (CAI:AU) presentation.

Share prices on PPT. slide 22 look out-of-date:

Latest Bloomberg prices and 52 week High / Low for CAI vs Pilbara peers along with MCap are:

ARV = 36c (High 59c / Low 3c)....MCap A$193m..........100k oz
KAI = 6.7c (High 14c / Low 1c).....MCap A$53.33m.......250k oz
DEG = 22c (High 38c / Low 2c)....MCap A$63.5m.........400k oz
CAI = 4.5 (High 7c / Low 2c).........MCap A$46.42m.......410k oz

Shocked to see that Artemis Resources (ARV:AU) is currently trading @ 36c for 100,000 oz resource Vs Calidus share price of 4.5c with JORC proven 410,000 oz resource. This undervaluation will increase further on resource upgrade.

Calidus Resources (CAI:AU) seem to have the highest JORC 410k oz compared to 3 Pilbara peers quoted above, yet has the lowest MCap and lowest Share price ???

This is insane. That gap should close very soon in my view.

Coming weeks are going to be very exciting for Calidus. I can see a significant Re-rate coming pretty soon.

Good luck & Best wishes.

Did anyone here go to this evenings presentation at Shard?

If so, would be great to get some feedback from it.

Most interesting point for me was that they have the largest strike of conglomerates in their peer group. So not just a token presence, surely this will make CAI an acquisition target.

GD,

Yes as far as I know they've the expo rights for the Co licences, but hopefully they'll not spend on those until things calm down. The impression from the last placing and the recent interview with DR suggests as much too. Focus is on CAI and Togo will hopefully eventually come back into play in the future. They're awaiting the mining licence for Nayega, that's the only licence they're awaiting as far as I know. I can't see them doing more than the basics, i.e. sampling but no drilling on Co licences until Mn licence comes in.

Ed.

Ed,

Correct me if I am wrong.

I thought the 5 cobalt licences in TOGO had been approved.

Zhockey,

When these were Ferrex we were expecting a triple RNS on togo along the lines of licence, DFS and funding all to be released at once. Funding was in the tune of $9m or something quite modest like that. The high grade Mn is also at surface. So for Phase I a £30-50m market cap wouldn't have looked that unreasonable. Obviously phase II would have cost a lot more to make the ferromanganese alloy but that could have been funded in part at least by the concentrate sales. So scope for the project was significant, there was something like 11-14Mt with added expo upside with that. So decent project life too.

If there is a change in the system over there, i.e. president steps down and the go back to the two terms and they elect a new president you could see some swift movements in terms of the Mn and Co. Seems like Africans are getting tired of these dynasty style power swaps like happened in Togo and almost happened in Zimbabwe.

By the time we get to where you're talking we're likely to have the CAI shares divvied out to us, so will likely be holding both KRS and CAI.

Regards,
Ed.

So in terms of upside, the assets could be worth per share:

Togo Manganese: 5p

Hard rock Oz gold (assume 4M oz): 5-10p pre-mine

Conglomerate Oz gold: Novo are worth $Bn with no Jorc

Togo Cobalt: TBC

Thoughts?

GD,

Yes two of the best on AIM, looks like the management are correct on the other that you're reading with significant extensions and continuation at depth. This impacts on project design which the posters over there are oblivious to and to the scale.

Zhockey,

Indeed its no longer about the significant gold at the long vein hosted high grade strikes there's serious conglomerate potential and nuggets just laying around. We've an opportunity to get into CAI on the cheap without those Ozzies noticing. Not many will have the patience to sit around that long without progress in Togo, but those that do will be well rewarded. I'm gonna keep shuffling these away as and when regardless of Togo.

Regards,
Ed.

Great news.

I am still reading the PDF in between drinking coffee. I could well be out of it with the amount of caffeine I expect to ingest by the end of the day with news from KRS and an another with a great RNS and PDF to digest!
