CAi are the most advanced of all of them. They'll be Jorc'ing up well over a Million Ounces soon.
You can bet your bottom dollar there's a few million more for them, in the most prospective area east pilbara.
Artemis expects 6m ounces minimum on its ground.

KRS stock will multiply.

Yes but every time stock gets dumped, there are buyers waiting in the wings.

As quick as it went down, it was back up to the opening price.

Also notice it doesn't take much sell volume to drag it down!

THE POTENTIAL VALUE @ Ernest Giles is staggering. The following example is FACT... GRUYERE mine (6.2mil ounces) close neighbors to Ernest Giles is a resource found by Gold Road Resources on a shoe string budget.. they subsequently sold 50% of the resource to Gold Fields who paid $350million + 1.5% Net Smelter Return royalty on production over 2 million ounces. THE SUMS INVOLVED HERE ARE MIND BOGGLING CONSIDERING EG IS 1 OF 6 projects. The Gold price when this deal was struck was <$1200 per ounce. I believe EG will prove to be well over 6.2Mil ounces.. you only need to watch the videos Gervaise Heddle has done.. the numbers and size of deposits he has stated Newmount are looking for has got higher and higher. 2nd largest gold producer approaching an AIM listed company, practically un-heard of. GLA.

"Thanks for the feedback, I thought I had made it clear that we will do an in-specie distribution of Calidus shares to shareholders when out of escrow, or if for instance, Calidus were taken out, we would have a huge war chest to look at bigger projects after a distribution back to shareholders. I will address this issue as it will be very clearly stated in our accounts this is what we plan to do".

When I went to the AGM (missed the EGM due to traffic) they did say they were considering in specie, but that was before the 2 year Escrow was forced on them by ASX.

I do not have any ASX shares at the moment, but used to. My WBEN 10 has lapsed as I did not see any point in renewing it. It would not be a problem when the time comes and ASX shares are fine in ISAs and SIPPs etc. The time difference is a bit of a pain if you want to live trade but you can always put an order in and wake up in the morning to see if it was filled.

I do not see how they could in specie the CAI shares whilst they are in escrow. If there is still no progress on the Togo licence by the time the shares are released from Escrow then they should be in specied out and KRS should be shut down.

When are they assuming that? After tranche 1 or 2 of the performance shares. Sure if they were planning to do that it would be after the DFS not on 3 separate occasions as we meet each performance criteria. It would be instant profit if he did that now of course. I'd much prefer if he did that after the DFS, I would hold for the forseeable future but giving share out to lots of KRS holders may make the CAI price volatile in the short term.

Is anyone here aware of the chat over on LSE re: Dave Reeves confirmed (albeit by email but apparently assuming it was already in the public domain?) planned in specie distribution of Calidus shares to Keras shareholders? Usually avoid LSE like the plague but that’s significant info, if correct of course.

De Grey accepts strategic investor Kirkland Lake to its Register

De Grey Mining Limited (“De Grey”) is pleased to announce that Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. (“Kirkland Lake”) has agreed to subscribe for up to 33,333,333 shares in De Grey at a price of $0.15 per share to raise $5M. Each share will have a free attaching option, with the options exercisable at $0.20 per share at any time before 30 November 2019.

Kirkland Lake is a Canadian listed mid-tier gold producer with a market capitalization of US$2.7Bn and forecast production for 2017 of 570,000 – 590,000 oz’s of gold. They have interests in Australia through the high grade, low cost Fosterville mine in Victoria and have recently invested $58M in De Grey’s Pilbara counterpart, Novo Resources Corp...
