Please can someone do me a BIG favour. I have had problems setting up an account for the Hotcopper bb.

If someone has some spare time over the weekend, please could you set up an account on HC and then post on the CAI thread that another way to gain exposure to CAI is to buy KRS stock:))

CAI has increased in value about 100%, whereas KRS hasn't increase at all if you take the last 90 day average price. Yet, it's highly likely that KRS will soon become a 50% shareholder in CAI. Thanks to anyone who does post on the HC CAI thread.

Question for the posters on this BB, will KRS be able to increase the stake more than 50%, I can't remember what the deal was and whether it increased further once certain bench marks had been met.

Ft quotes the Keres subsidiary as a market cap of Aus$13.7m @ Aus$1.63 to a £1 gives £22.3m at 30% gives £6.7m at 60% gives £13.4m current market cap £8.78m so relatively happy 8-)

Few back of the envelope/fag packet calculations/thoughts

If (ok it is only if but David has delivered what he has promised to date) if we get a 1m oz resource in the subsidiary at 30% for our share this equates to 300,000 oz....vs a market cap of £9m ..ignoring everything else this would value the gold in the ground at £30/oz ...assuming we become entiteld to 60% of the subsidiary with the bonus/success shares this would double our holding to 60% which would imply £15/oz with the African explorations of Cobalt and Manganese in for free....At a current price of $1,300 and oz this looks remarkably attractive for an open or shallow pit producer...once it becomes a producer.....which is why for the patient it is not unreasonable to sugest in a years time that the market cap would not be nearer $200m if we say 600,000 @ $400 per oz....you can play with the numbers and I have not done comparitive analysis as what is a fair oz in the ground valuation as until it is a producer they tend to be a lot lower ...this is perhaps why some think this could turn out to be nearer 8p (converting $ into £) a share or what is termed to be a multi bagger or has the ppotential to be a 20 bagger or more............will go back to lurking but any other mathmaticians or geoligists that have a view would be interested in their thoughts...toddle pip

There are 2,195,133,438 shares in issue and also quite a lot of warrants. Every time the share price goes up a bit the selling brings it back down. I presume that this is overhang from the last placing where placees do not really care how much they make as long as they get their money back with a little bit to spare as they have 0.5p warrants they can exercise if KRS ever does take off.

If all the performance shares are converted to ordinary shares KRS will have 723.75M CAI ordinary shares (3.5% go as a fee to advisors)

KRS has no source of income and will need to do another placing in the not too distant future just to keep the lights on.

KRS cannot do anything with CAI shares (sell them / give them to shareholders) for 2 years.

What we need id the Togo MN licence and for that to start generating the near term cash flows that have been promised for the last 2 years plus.

The Mn Ore price has perked up recently and now would be a really good time to get the licence and then finance the project.

Corrected and Updated with 2,195,133,438 shares in issue from 13 June 2017 RNS

Calidus Resources, CAI, traded about 24m shares between 3.5c and 4c on ASX today worth over AUD 800,000 in over 250 trades.

Correct me if I am wrong KRS holds 225m CAI
plus 250m A performance shares
plus 275m B performance shares

so if things go well KRS should hold 750m CAI

or 0.74p to 0.84p per KRS share using 2,195m KRS shares in issue and todays ASX low and high prices.

current KRS price 0.35p bid 0.45p offered

Lot's of excitement on ASX!

KRS might in future decide to give a div in specie of CAI shares to KRS shareholders.

The Aussies are chatting about a 4-5c share price price on the HotCopper bb.

I think I will message them and tell them about a significantly cheaper way to gain exposure to CAI:))

From memory I think that summary is spot on. Ever since the last drilling results CAI has been really strong in Oz and no pullback as yet either.

The interesting bit would be if DR and team continue to deliver great results, CAI shares will probably be worth a lot more than the current 3.6c too, so where will that leave the KRS sp? Any news from Togo would likely add...think we could be in for a nice journey here from these levels.....hopefully ;-)

Calidus Resources, CAI, closed at 3.6c on ASX on big volumes

Correct me if I am wrong KRS holds 225m CAI
plus 250m A performance shares
plus 275m B performance shares

so if things go well KRS should hold 750m CAI
worth AUD 27m or GBP 16.6m at GBPAUD 1.625 fx rate
or 0.97p per KRS share using 1,719m KRS shares in issue

current KRS price about 0.45p

I wonder if drip feeding the placing shares has ended, so any buyer will now need to pay a premium price for it, difficult to accumulate unless there's a seller around. I don't think many PI appreciate the potential here , but it comes with high risk.

To early for any bid, maybe next year once things have moved further along.

I'd like to see the POG above $1500 next year.

4STA,

Doesn't worry me too much though as KRS/CAI are going all guns blazing between now and year end when the drilling campaign should be substantially complete. They should have the extended programme done by Q1 18 imo. I cannot see Novo or anyone else jumping really early and CAI is already moving up well. So I cannot see CAI shareholders cracking under a cheap bid as the game has really just begun. KRS holders are likely to want to see Nayega so don't see folks here cracking either but you never know if they keep on getting intermittent bonanza grades in Oz. With the gold price trying to crack $1300/Oz today things could get interesting very quickly. Or hopefully we'll stay under the radar for a while yet as I'd like another slice if I get some others cashed in before Y/E. The herd has totally missed this one so far, so fingers crossed. If Novo Resources want to bid it better be good and it better be high because bonanza grades won't come cheap.

Regards,
Ed.
