06/5/2015 06:03 | What a stupid question , who worked in every industry they invested in, banking, retail, telecoms, oil, mining, face the facts Carvill screwed up big time, ruined a good outfit his old man built up, greedy, overpaid and useless. | bh61
05/5/2015 22:11 | Not worth selling what's left and you never know they may find gold, or uranium or diamonds or whatever at the end of the rainbow. | comane
05/5/2015 13:01 | luckily one 100 bagger and a couple of 10s/20s covers a multitude of failures not on the street just yet but answer the question did you ever work in mining and/or africa | resourceful
05/5/2015 11:47 | I suggest you stay in this sector and continue backing bad management. I will throw a few coins in your begging bowl if I see you on the street. | sg31
05/5/2015 10:29 | have you ever worked in mining.in Africa on time and on budget if only high risk means it goes wrong most of the time you should not be in this sector | resourceful
05/5/2015 08:47 | sg31 no, I am not carvill though I have met him I am however a long time investor in resource stocks I have hit the jackpot in a couple and lost out in many always looking for the 20 bagger I have been in kenmare for a very long time was making money greedy now losing heavily is that carvills fault I admire what they have done in the end of nowhere sg31,the resource game is not for you you do not have the cojones | resourceful
05/5/2015 07:25 | Nice blue week ahead I fancy. DC | daicaprice
01/5/2015 17:36 | Is that you Carvill. I can't think of anyone else who would be supportive of that scumbag. If not, presumably you gambled and lost as well. I sold out some time ago. At a loss but at about 3 or 4 times the current price. I disclosed my sale at the time. | sg31
01/5/2015 16:49 | sour grapes be big boys you gambled and lost | resourceful
01/5/2015 13:14 | Yes, sg31, I should have said "Beware of crooks masquerading as directors" | sorksandnorks
01/5/2015 11:37 | Unlike the directors who have benefitted handsomely. Directors have themselves to blame for the loss of capital value, they have failed at every attempt to complete projects on time and on budget. If they had done so they could have reduced debt while product prices were higher. There really is no excuse for their failure. Even low ilmenite prices don't excuse them, they failed to take advantage of good prices and failed to plan for bad ones. | sg31
01/5/2015 11:25 | it is a sad end to a long battle sg31..you are foolish if you think a few months salary compensates for the loss of capital value over the past year....go figure KMR has built a vast resource for Moz we don't get to see any benefit | resourceful
30/4/2015 18:58 | Sounds like they were a real piece of work just like JRVS, EEL directors, well seems like time to double up then and at least try and get something back. | simon_64
30/4/2015 17:52 | Beware of fools masquerading as directors They aren't fools, they've managed to line their own pockets for years while being totally useless. Nice work if you can get it. They even refused the 17p offer so they could screw a few more months salary out of the company. | sg31
30/4/2015 16:54 | Why does the management not try to interest another potential buyer such as Fosun, the Chinese company that is buying up cheap assets. They bought my Roc Oil shares at a big premium | seanp
30/4/2015 15:57 | I reckon that is why the BOD refused the 1st offer. | simon_64
30/4/2015 15:49 | Anybody belive this may trigger a bidding war? | teamgb
30/4/2015 15:15 | Just picked a few more, crazy price. | simon_64
30/4/2015 12:29 | Sadly, now that Iluka have returned with a much reduced offer I believe there is very little upside to the KMR share price from now on. The most it could reach based on today's Iluka price is around 6.5p and, as all-share deals are much less appealing than good honest cash ones, I suspect that such a price is very unlikely. If this can drag itself up to 5p then after so many years of suffering I for one will be glad to get out albeit at a very hefty loss. Good luck to all my fellow sufferers - I wish you better luck next time - and always remember: Beware of fools masquerading as directors...... | sorksandnorks |
