Risk is what will Iluka shares be worth after the merger. If the shares returned to Dec 2014 level (5.6AUS) that is only a little about the current KMR price.

Especially if the directors put their own interests first with extortionate terms
for themselves as they have done in the past.

If it goes through as all share offer we have an opportunity of recovering some loses as time goes by. I would like them to kick out all the KMR directors except one for continuity asap and hope the institutions will make this a condition - no golden parachutes for failure!

No the company has hit the buffers, going nowhere ruined by greedy management, Iluka had 17p turned down out of hand, now 3p what a bunch of clowns.

Is there anybody out there? This thread is dying, just like KMR. Will we ever get any news on Iluka's possible buy-out or has that also come to nought?

Very happy - already made a few hundred quid on the switch since Friday!

I feel an immense sense of relief and cleanliness, no longer being attached to this share!

Wish I'd taken the 65p when I had the chance. But it's only money - hey ho!
